Purpose:To observe the effect of "removing blood stasis and detoxification" on the prevention and treatment of contrast nephropathy after percutaneous coronary intervention.Material and method:From September 2019 to February 2020,this study included 70 hospitalized patients who were screened and diagnosed as unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis syndrome)of coronary heart disease in the Department of Cardiology of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine, and were to be treated by elective percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Randomly divided into Chinese medicine intervention group and control group,35 cases in each group. The Chinese medicine intervention group was given Shenkang Injection with the effect of "removing stasis and detoxification" combined with conventional hydration treatment, while the control group was given conventional hydration treatment. Both groups were given conventional hydration treatment from 6 hours before operation to 12 hours after operation, while the Chinese medicine intervention group was given 0-6 hours before operation and 6-12 hours after operation on the basis of conventional hydration Shenkang injection was used. The incidence of contrast nephropathy(CIN)was recorded, and the changes of blood stasis score, serum creatinine(Scr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)were observed before,72 hours after and 1 week after operation.Results:1.The incidence of contrast nephropathy was 6.67% in the control group and 3.33% in the intervention group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.The serum creatinine and urea nitrogen of the two groups were increased 72 hours after operation(P < 0.05),but the growth rate(?Scr,?BUN)of the Chinese medicine intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05),so the serum creatinine and urea nitrogen level of the Chinese medicine intervention group was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The level of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the growth rate(?Scr,?BUN)in the intervention group was significantlylower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.The score of blood stasis syndrome in the two groups at 72 hours after operation was significantly lower than that before operation(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);the score of blood stasis syndrome in the two groups at 1 week after operation was significantly lower than that at 72 hours after operation(P < 0.05),at this time, the score of blood stasis syndrome in the Chinese medicine intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1."Removing blood stasis and detoxification" method can effectively improve the serum creatinine and urea nitrogen of patients after PCI,and has a certain prevention and treatment effect on the renal injury caused by contrast medium.2."Removing blood stasis and detoxification" can improve blood stasis symptoms of patients after PCI to a certain extent.
