The Effects Of Gualoupi Injection On Blood Stasis Syndrome And Endothelin Of The Pattern Of Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Rats

Purpose: To probe further function of Gualoupi inject to the common blood stasis syndrome of heart and brain angiopathy by observing the pattern of blood stasis syndrome of animal experimentation. Methods: 40 Wistar rats are divided into groups:30 rats made of blood stasis pattern ;10 rats for normal comparison group.The animals are injected separately Gualoupi injection (10 rats) and Fufangdanshen injection (10 rats)in the abdominal cavity .The index of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity, relative viscosity.erythrocyte accumulate index and the level of endothelia of rats are observed and compared respectively before treatment and after 14 days treatment.Result: The ratio between the index of hemorrheology and the endothelin for the pattern of blood stasis syndrome of animal experimentation and that of normal group is high (p<0.05 or p<0.01). The ratio between the index of Gualoupi injection.the index of Fufangdanshen injection and that of animal experimentation pattern group is low (p<0.05 or p<0.01). The ratio between the index of hemorrheology and the endothelin of Gualoupi injection and that of Fufangdanshen injection is proximity(p>0.05).Conclusion:The high datum of hemorrheology and the endothin for the animal experimentation pattern rats lead to the blood stasis syndrome. Gualoupi injection brings down the index of hemorrheology and the endothelin of the blood stasis syndrome of heart and brain angiopathy .The ratio between the mass effect of the treatment for Gualoupi injection and that of Fufangdanshen injection is proximity. This affirms the effect ofactivating the blood circulation to eliminate blood stasis of Gualoupi injection.
