Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Diazepam Tablets In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Insomnia

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with diazepam tablets on insomnia after stroke.Through the design of randomized controlled trials,to compare the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with diazepam tablets and diazepam tablets alone,to explore the best treatment plan for insomnia after stroke.Material and method:According to the inclusion criteria of diagnosis,this study selected 60 inpatients from September 2018 to September 2019 who were treated in department K1 of Rehabilitation Center affiliated to Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to their admission sequence,they were divided into two groups by using random number table method.There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group,none of them were excluded or dropped off.Two groups of patients were given basic treatment of secondary prevention of cerebrovascular diseases,the control group was given diazepam oral treatment,the treatment group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group,the course of treatment of both groups were 4weeks.Before and after treatment,PSQI scores were given and the curative effect was evaluated.Results:1.the PSQI score of the treatment group and the control group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).2.The total score of PSQI,and sleep quality,sleep time and sleep disorder in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).3.The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group is 80.00%,and that of the control group is 73.33%.The clinical effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,and P < 0.05,with statistical difference.4.The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 71.43% for the deficiency of heart and spleen,and 85.71% for the failure of heart and kidney,which was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with diazepam and diazepam alone are both effective in the treatment of insomnia after stroke.2.Acupuncture combined with diazepam is better than diazepam alone in the treatment of insomnia after stroke.3.Acupuncture combined with diazepam is effective in the treatment of insomnia after stroke,especially the deficiency of heart and spleen syndrome,and the failure of heart and kidney syndrome.4.Acupuncture combined with diazepam has clear curative effect,strong operability,and is more easily accepted by patients.It can be popularized as one of clinical therapies.
