| Objective Through observing estazolam intervention, the study was aimed at evaluating the clinical curative effect of acupuncturing with auricular point sticking on post-stroke insomnia patients and correcting the wrong idea that drugs added can improve the curative effect of acupuncturing with auricular point sticking on post-stroke insomnia, and providing powerful clinical science basis and an optimization treatment for post-stroke insomnia.Methods 90 patients with post-stroke insomnia were completely randomly divided into three groups, needling-auricular group, drug group and needling-auricular-drug group. Needling-auricular group was treated with acupuncturing and auricular point sticking. The drug group was treated by estazolam lmg before sleeping. Needling-auricular-drug group was treated with acupuncturing and auricular point sticking and estazolam 1mg before sleeping. All the patients were treated once a day, continuous 20 days. Sleep quality of patients was measured with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Data was processed by SPSS 19.0 software.Result1. Effective rate comparison among groups:30 cases in needling-auricular group,2 were cure,7 were obviously effective,18 were effective and 3 were non-effective, the total effective rate was 90.0%.30 cases in drug group,1 was cure,2 was obviously effective,18 were effective and 9 were non-effective, the total effective rate was 70.0%.29 cases in needling-auricular-drug group,4 were cure,8 were obviously effective,16 were effective,1 was non-effective, the total effective rate was 96.6%.Three groups for treatment of insomnia had curative effect. By two groups of comparison, the needling-auricular group was better than the drug group (P <0.05), the needling-auricular-drug group was better than the drug group(P<0.05), needling-auricular-drug group wasn’t better than the needling-auricular group (P>0.05).2. Comparison of PSQI scale score difference after treating among groups(1) The comparison among three groups:The three groups could improve insomnia by the comparison of PSQI scale score difference after treating. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in sleep quality, shorten sleep latency, sleep time, daytime dysfunction, but there was significant difference in sleep efficiency (P <0.05), hypnotic drugs, PSQI scores.(2)The comparison between two groups:Compared with the drug group, the needling-auricular group was better in improving sleep time, sleep efficiency, hypnotic drugs and PSQI scores(P<0.05).Compared with the needling group, the needling-auricular-drug group was better in improving sleep time, hypnotic drugs PSQI scores(P<0.05). Compared with the drug group, there was no significant difference in all ways (P>0.05).3. Self-comparison of index scores in each group after treating:By the self comparison of index scores in each group after treating, they all had significant (P <0.05).It showed that the three groups all had effect to improve sleep.4. The three treatment methods were all high compliance.5. Comparison of security:(1)The comparison among three groups:The three groups were not identical in terms of safety(P<0.05).(2)The comparison between two groups:Compared with the drug group, the needling-auricular group was more secure(P<0.05).Compared with the needling group, the needling-auricular-drug group was not more secure(P>0.05).Compared with the drug group,the needling-auricular-drug group was more secure(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking method, estazolam method and acupuncture combine with auricular point sticking added with estazolam method for treating post-stroke insomnia all have clinical curative effect. But the method of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking is the best. It’s not meaningful that to treat post-stroke insomnia on the basis of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking added with estazolam.Acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking method is a kind of high security and compliance treatment.
