"Bushen is also like bone filling".Material and methods:Forty healthy 3-month-old Wister rats(SPF-grade SD female rats)were weighed at 200 ± 20 g.7 days of adaptive breeding,changing litter every three days.Randomly divided into four groups of feeding,blank control group(group A),model control group(group B),Chinese medicine(Zhuanggu tablet)treatment group(group C)and western medicine(calcic D)control group(group D)each 10 Only,except the group A,the other groups were given dexamethasone injection 0.25 mg / 100 g intraperitoneally 2 times / week(Monday,Thursday)for modeling.Chinese medicine treatment group + Zhuanggu tablet gavage,Western medicine control group + Calci D D gavage,blank control group and model control group gavage with distilled water(10mg / kg)for 8 weeks,weighing once a week,adjusting at appropriate time Dexamethasone injection volume.After 8 weeks,the rats were dissected,blood was taken and centrifuged,and the bilateral femurs of the rats were taken.Micro-CT was used to determine the changes of bone mineral density morphology,related bone metabolism parameters,HE staining to observe bone tissue morphology,biochemical determination of blood is lower than group B: alkaline phosphatase(ALP)group B is lower than group A,the difference is significant(P<0.05);osteocalcin(BGP)Group B was significantly lower than group A with significant differences(P<0.05);calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)were not significantly different between groups A and B(P>0.05);left femur bone density(BMD)CT images showed significant differences between group B and group A(P<0.05).Group B had a larger hollow area and disordered trabecular bone fracture.The left femur bone mineral content(BMC)showed a significant difference between group B and group A.(P<0.05);the microstructure parameters of model control group B were significantly lower than those of blank control group A(Tb.Th)and the number of trabecular bones(Tb.N)(P<0.05);Trabecular separation(Tb.Sp)significantly increased(P<0.05);relative bone volume or bone volume fraction(BV/TV)decreased significantly(P<0.05);BS / BV bone surface area bone volume ratio(BS/BV)Significantly increased(P<0.05);but there was no significant difference in the parameter values between the Chinese medicine treatment group C and the blank control group A(P>0.05).The trabecular bone of C bone in the Chinese medicine treatment group improved,and local repair was better.There were also differences in HE imaging images of the right femur.The bone cavity in group B was obvious and the bone microstructure was damaged.In short,GIOP was successfully modeled by comparing bone biochemical indicators and bone microstructures in the model group and the blank control group.2.Prevention and treatment of Zhuanggu Tablets on GIOP(1)Changes in body weight: At the beginning of the fourth week of the experiment,the weight gain of the four groups of rats began to show a significant
