Based On Literature Research, The Item Pool Of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Scale For Gastrointestinal Dysfunction Was Constructed

Purpose:Based on the literature research,to analyze the TCM syndromes,syndrome differentiation types and syndrome element characteristics of common gastrointestinal dysfunction diseases,and construct the item pool of TCM syndrome differentiation scale for patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction to provide data support for the scale research.Material and method:Literature research:In CNKI,CBM,WF,VIP database retrieval literatures which was presented from 1950 to 2018,on tne theme of gastrointestinal dysfunction,functional dyspepsia,functional constipation,irritable bowel syndrome,peptic ulcers,gastrointestinal bleeding epidemiological investigation of six kinds of disease with type of epidemiological investigation or clinical trial,then download the full text.According to the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria select literature,list the document number,title,author,published author unit,time,name of journal of traditional Chinese medicine,diagnostic criteria,sample size,and the syndrome,the related inspection certificate belongs to 11 fields into Excel table to establish database.The collected syndrome types and syndrome terms were standardized and sorted out to extract evidence,and the frequency statistics were conducted after the basic information of literature,diagnostic criteria,TCM syndrome types,syndromes and syndrome elements were checked and agreed.The obtained syndrome information was further screened and combined to form the item pool of TCM dialectical scale for gastrointestinal dysfunction.Results:1.A total of 616 articles and 55511 cases were included.The publication time of the literature is mainly concentrated in the 24 years from 1994 to 2018.The most literatures are published in 2018,with a total of 86 articles included.There are 74 diagnostic standards of Western medicine,61 diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese medicine and 96 syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine.There are 178 syndrome information,123 tongue and pulse information,10 disease location syndrome elements,mainly stomach,spleen,liver and large intestine.There are 18 pathogenic syndrome elements,mainly Qi stagnation,Qi deficiency,heat and Yang deficiency.2.Through screening and combining the collected syndrome information,130 items were finally obtained to form the item pool of TCM syndrome differentiation scale of gastrointestinal dysfunction.According to the disease location,the items are divided into six categories: abdominal items,head and face items,stool items,water items,body items and other items.Conclusion:The number of literature included and cases were sufficient.We have a certain understanding of TCM dialectical classification,syndrome information and syndrome element distribution characteristics of gastrointestinal dysfunction diseases.The construction of TCM dialectical scale item pool has a comprehensive content,which provides theoretical basis and data support for later scale research.
