Objective:This used the method of retrospective study to to analyze the situation of lumbar postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function, medical attention between doctors and patients and the treatment, to discuss the importance and significance of traditional Chinses medicine on gastrointestinal function, which remind to establish a unify and standard system for subsequent study about traditional Chinese medicine treatment on lumbar postoperative recovery。Methods:With the method of retrospective survey, collect the clinical data, a total of 100 cases between January 2014 and January 2016 of orthopedics in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province of Zhuhai and The People’s Hospital of Zhuhai, Lumbar spinal fusion surgery of postoperative patients Lumbar spinal fusion surgery of postoperative。 Records related to gastrointestinal function in patients with spinal postoperative evaluation indicators like the basic information, clinical diagnosis, time of operation, anesthesia duration, the gastrointestinal function after surgery, the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, JOA and VAS score, on above each results for collection and assessment, for statistics analysisand draws chart, obtained conclusions, All data analysis using statistical analysis software SPSS17.0。Results:①Two groups of gender, age, diagnostics rates comparative statistical analysis of the distribution of the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), has comparable。② Comparison of anesthesia duration and operation time in two gruops, P<0.05, shows that the experimental group has fewer anesthesia and operation duration than the control group。③ Experimental group choose basic treatment and traditional Chinese medicine therapy (100%), control group prefer to choose basic treatment (78%), only few one used traditional Chinese medicine therapy (11%)。④ Comparison of post-operative indicators at each observation point on the first time to fart and bowel, abdominal pain, abdominal distention, nausea and vomiting after surgery,. P<0.05, shows that the experimental group has fewer gastrointestinal dysfunctions than the control group。⑤Comparison of hospital stays in two gruops, P<0.05, shows that the experimental group has fewer duration than the control group。⑥Two groups has varying degrees of deficiency on medical records about gastrointestinal function, which due to differents of habits, focus, treatment measures, therefore it is not to indicate which medical record has higher integrity。Conclusion:The patients of experimental group has a superior result than control stays gastrointestinal function recovered and group in hospital, points that traditional Chinese medicine has stimulative effect on lumbar postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function, which can shorten hospital stays and ease the burden of patients, so it’s worth of being generalized., Both groups has a deficiency on recording gastrointestinal function, illustrate that it is not enough for clinicist to focus on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in spinal surgery perioperative period, suggest that a unify observation scales should be established for reference。...
