| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "Yangyin Qingwei Granule" prepared by Professor Jiang Shumin on chronic atrophic gastritis with deficiency of stomach yin,and to evaluate its effectiveness from an objective point of view.Methods:86 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(deficiency of stomach yin type)who met the inclusion criteria were collected from September 2017 to October 2019 in the outpatient department of Professor Jiang Shumin,the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.86 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,43 cases in each group.The treatment group was flushed with boiled water of "Yangyin Qingwei granules" prepared by Professor Jiang Shumin,and then taken twice before breakfast and after supper.The patients in the control group were treated with Yangweishu capsule twice a day and three capsules each time.The patients in both groups were given life intervention,such as properly enhancing physical exercise,combining work with rest,etc.;changing bad eating habits,such as overeating,eating irregularly,etc.;avoiding tobacco and alcohol,spicy and greasy food,etc.The treatment cycle of the two groups was 3 months,once a week.After 3 months,the changes of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and compared from the aspects of the total score of TCM syndrome curative effect,the score of TCM syndrome,the improvement of pathological tissue and so on.Results:1.Evaluate the total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the two groups,and compare the total scores of syndromes in the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05).After the treatment,the total scores of the two groups of syndromes were compared within the group,P <0.01,the difference was significant,indicating that after 3 months of treatment,both groups had a significant effect.2.Evaluate the symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups,and compare the symptom scores before treatment in the two groups(P> 0.05).Comparison within eachsymptom group(P <0.05),the two groups of subjects have improved to a certain extent;comparison between the two groups,after testing,the difference between the symptoms after treatment is statistically significant,the treatment group is better than the control group.Symptoms of dry stool(P <0.01),the difference was significant,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the treatment of dry stool.3.To evaluate the scores before and after the treatment of pathological tissues in the two groups.Compared with the pathological tissues in the two groups,the two groups have significant curative effects on mucosal inflammation and glandular atrophy(P < 0.01).The treatment group has significant curative effect on intestinal metaplasia(P < 0.01),while the control group has no significant effect on intestinal metaplasia(P > 0.05).Compared with the pathological tissues in the control group,the treatment group has no significant effect on intestinal metaplasia(P > 0.05)Before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,there were differences in mucosal inflammation,glandular atrophy and intestinal metaplasia improvement between the two groups(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the treatment of dysplasia between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion : Compared with the control group,the treatment group has obvious advantages in the treatment of CAG of deficiency of stomach yin,which shows that Yangyin Qingwei granule can not only obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of CAG patients,but also reduce the inflammation of gastric mucosa and gland atrophy,to some extent,it can reverse the metaplasia of intestinal epithelium of gastric mucosa.In addition,no adverse reactions were found in the process of drug use,so it is proved that Yangyin Qingwei granule is a safe and effective clinical drug worthy of further study and promotion. |
