Literature Research On The Rule Of Acupuncture For The Treatment Of Headache

Purpose:This study is based on the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform.It organizes and analyzes the relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of headaches in the China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,and Weipu databases.in accordance with.Material and method:The search start and end time is from June 2014 to December 2019.The method of combining subject words + free words was used for retrieval.The intervention measures were set to "needle" OR "acupuncture" and the subject words were set to "migraine" OR "headache",China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Wanfang Medical Database,Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)and other databases for retrieval.Select "Time" for the sorting method.The two researchers independently extracted data from the literature,including the author,the year of publication,acupoint prescriptions,syndromes,etc.The third person checked the data and established a "acupuncture point database for acupuncture treatment",using the ancient and modern medical case cloud The platform performs data mining and analyzes the rules of acupuncture point selection for headache treatment.Results: 1.Count the frequency of prescription data of 102 headache points.The total frequency of points is 658.Among them,the frequency of Fengchi is the highest,and the frequency is(frequency / total number of prescriptions)is 58.82%.The top 10 in frequency ranking are Fengchi(60 times),Baihui(47 times),Tongziliao(34 times),Tianzhu(29 times),Ashixue(28 times),Touwei(26 times),Hegu(24 times),Taichong(24 times),Shuaigu(20 times)and Sanyinjiao(16 times).2.The symptom statistics of 102 acupuncture points database for acupuncture treatment,including 18 syndromes,of which the highest frequency of Liver yang hyperactivity syndrome is(frequency / total number of prescriptions)is 12.75%.The frequency of the top 4 syndromes in frequency ranking is greater than 10 times,which are Liver yang hyperactivity syndrome(13 times),Solar meridian syndrome(11 times),Yangming syndrome(11 times),Shaoyang syndrome(11 times).3.Analyze the association relationship between acupuncture points through the analysis of association rules.The results show that there are 28 pairs of points with frequency greater than or equal to 15 times,including Wangu,Touwei,Tongziliao,Tianzhu,Shuaigu,Hegu,Fengchi,Baihui,Ashixue points 9 points,the top 5 are: "Baihui-Fengchi" 39 times,"Fengchi-Baihui" 39 times,"Tongziliao-Fengchi" 32 times,"Fengchi-Tongziliao" 32 times and "Ashixue-Fengchi" 25 times.4.Cluster analysis of commonly used acupuncture points in the "Acupuncture Point Database for Acupuncture Treatment".The results show that the acupoints can be divided into 5 categories.The first category includes Taiyang,Touwei,Fengchi,Baihui;Tianzhu,Wangu,Fengfu;the third category includes Hegu,Taichong,Sanyinjiao;the fourth category includes Shuaigu,Waiguan,Zulinqi,Taixi,Xuanlu,Xuehai,Xingjian,Sizhukong;Five categories include Jing Jiaji,Houxi,Zusanli,Yintang,Neiting,Sishencong,Geshu,Shangxing,Fenglong,Liver area,and Shangjiao area;5.Perform complex network analysis of the acupoint prescription data included in the literature,the results suggest that Fengchi,Baihui,Hegu,Tongziliao,Ashixue,Touwei,Shuaigu,Taichong,Sanyinjiao,Tianzhu are ranked in the network The top 10 nodes,their node degree,compactness,and feature vector center are very high,which is the core point of acupuncture for headache.Among them,Fengchi has a node degree of 61,compactness of 01,and feature vector centrality of 0.767,ranking first,and it is the most important core node in the network.6.Analysis of syndrome-acupoint association rule on the prescription data of acupuncture points,the result shows that the frequency of "Taiyang Meridian syndrome-Tianzhu" is the highest,the frequency is 10,and the confidence is 0.91.A total of 22 data with ? 5 times of co-occurrence frequency were obtained,with higher confidence and improvement.The top 5 with the same frequency are "Taiyang Meridian syndrome-Tianzhu"(10 times),"Shaoyang Meridian syndrome-Shuaigu"(8 times),"Liver Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome-Baihui"(8 times),"Taiyang Meridian syndrome-Fengchi"(8 times),"Jueyin Meridian syndrome-Taichong"(7 times).Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture treatment for headaches has the highest frequency of 10 points: "Fengchi,Baihui,Tongziliao,Tianzhu,Ashixue,Touwei,Hegu,Taichong,Shuaigu and Sanyinjiao" 2.The syndromes of acupuncture for headache are liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome,Taiyang meridian syndrome,Yangming meridian syndrome and Shaoyang meridian syndrome.3.Acupuncture treatment of headache is most commonly used at the two points of Baihui and Fengchi.4.The core acupuncture points for headache treatment are Fengchi,Baihui,Hegu,Tongziliao,Ashixue,Touwei,Shuaigu,Taichong,Sanyinjiao and Tianzhu.
