Based On Data Mining, Discuss The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Panic Disorder And Clinical Treatment Based On Liver And Kidney Theory

Purpose : Data mining technology was used to analyze and summarize the acupoint selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of perimenopausal panic disorder(PD),and to sort out the ancient literature sources from the treatment of liver and kidney,and to provide theoretical basis and guidance for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of perimenopausal PD in combination with the clinical treatment of tutors.Material and method:1.The computer searched CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database a total of 514 clinical research literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion for perimenopausal panic disorder and other emotional diseases from 2005.01 to 2019.12,and the second screening screened out 65 Research literature.Organize the information of the author of the literature,the source,the prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion,and enter it into Microsoft Office Excel for management.Use Excel software to analyze the frequency of acupoints,and use IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to perform clustering,association rules and factor analysis on high-frequency acupoints,and obtain the frequency of use of acupoints,meridians,parts,and specific points The rules of clustering and compatibility.2.Through combing the ancient literature retrieval from "Huang Di Nei Jing" to the Ming and Qing Dynasties,explore the understanding and syndrome differentiation of ancient medical experts from the perspective of liver and kidney.3.Summarize Professor Ren Lu’s experience in the diagnosis and treatment of perimenopausal PD patients,and record typical cases.Results:1.Statistical analysis of the frequency of acupoints in the modern literature studied can obtain19 high-frequency acupoints such as Ganshu and Shenshu.The most acupoints are back waist points.The selection of acupoints involves all fourteen meridians.The most frequently used meridians are Foot Sun Bladder Meridian,followed by Dumai and Renmai.Among the specific points,Wushu and Beishu are the most used.2.Cluster analysis results show that it is reasonable to cluster high-frequency acupoints into 7categories.A large group is the main point for treating perimenopausal PD and other emotional diseases(Ganshu-Shenshu-Xinshu-Pishu-Feishu),and the remaining 6 clusters are the addition and subtraction points,respectively.Benshen-Shenting-Sishencong,Sanyinjiao-Zusanli,Guanyuan-Qihai,Neiguan-Yintang,Hegu-Taichong,Baihui-Shenmen,Taixi.3.The analysis results of association rules show that there are 345 second-order to fourth-order association rules,with a maximum support of 56.627 and a maximum confidence of 100.0,and the strongest correlation between the five organs,other associations can be masked.Especially between Ganshu and Shenshu,after excluding the relationship between the five internal organs,in the second-order association,Sanyinjiao-Zusanli,Guanyuan-Qihai,Shenting-Benshen and other acupoint groups have relatively high support and confidence;In the third-order association,Sanyinjiao-Ganshu-Shenshu,Sanyinjiao-Shenting-Shenshu and Shenshu-Baihui-Ganshu have higher support and confidence;in the fourth-order association,the confidence of compatibility of Xinshu-Ganshu-Shenshu with Pishu,Baihui,Taichong or Sanyinjiao is 100.0.4.In the factor analysis of high-frequency acupoints for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of perimenopausal PD and other emotional diseases,the group points Ganshu,Shenshu,Xinshu,Pishu,Feishu have the highest factor contribution rate.5.For the ancient literature to understand PD from the perspective of liver and kidney,panic can be used as the cause or a disease syndrome.When panic was used as the cause,"Nei Jing" believed that it would damage the liver and kidneys,resulting in the lack of kidney essence,kidney qi is not solid,Qi reversal,panic.Zhang Zhongjing believed that panic could lead to renal mass disease.Chen Wuze classified panic as an internal cause.Liu Wansu put forward that all the five vital signs should be treated by cremation,fear of damaging the kidney and fire heat.When panic is used as a disease syndrome,"Nei Jing" suggests that panic symptoms will appear in kidney,liver,and gall bladder diseases.Huangfu believed that the fear occurred in the liver and became the kidney,and supplemented the acupuncture treatment of acupoints.Chao Yuanfang believed that the panic originated from liver deficiency and exogenous wind evil.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the panic originated from the kidney.Conclusion:1.The acupuncture prescription for clinical treatment of perimenopausal menstrual period PD and other emotional diseases takes Wuzhangshu as the main point,adopts overall adjustment of the qi and blood of the five organs,and yin and yang.Acupoints for the common complication of perimenopausal PD emotional disease.The bladder meridian,governor vein,and ren meridian are often used for sympathetic hiding with the liver meridian and kidney meridian,to gather the marrow and nourish the brain.2.Through combing the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the physiological characteristics of perimenopausal women,the study believes that PD takes liver and kidney deficiency as the main cause,and conditioning liver and kidney plays a key role in the treatment of PD.3.Based on the principle of nourishing water and wood,soothing liver and nourishing mind,the tutor emphasizes syndrome differentiation and treatment,advocates cooperation between doctors and patients,and points massage combined with self-made Mu Shu An Shen decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of perimenopausal PD,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
