| Purpose: This paper studies the rule of syndrome and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)with anemia,summarizes the distribution of syndrome types and the rule of medication,and provides evidence-based basis for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with anemia by syndrome differentiation.Material and method:Based on the data of the patients in the Department of Rheumatology and the Department of Rheumatology and Rehabilitation of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(October 2018 to September 2019),cases were screened strictly in accordance with the admission criteria.The WPS Office form was used to establish the database and carry out statistics and analysis.SPSS 22.0 and SPSS Modeler 15.0 software were used for data analysis and mining to analyze the distribution of syndromes and medication rules of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with anemia.Results: 1.384 Cases were collected in this study,the ratio of male to female was 1:13.22,the average age was 61.38 ± 12.37 years old.2.The distribution of syndrome(according to the proportion): deficiency of Qi and blood(91,23.70%)> dampness heat obstruction(83,21.62%)> phlegm stasis obstruction(78,20.31%)> cold dampness obstruction(70,18.23%)> deficiency of liver and kidney(57,14.84%)> rheumatism obstruction(5,1.30%).3.In this study,323 prescriptions were collected,involving 247 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,5136 times in total and 19 kinds of drugs.Liquorice,angelica and other drugs with high frequency are commonly used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with anemia;tonifying drugs,heat clearing drugs,blood circulation promoting and blood stasis removing drugs,rheumatism eliminating drugs,exterior relieving drugs,diuretic and dampness eliminating drugs are the main drug categories for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with anemia.4.Cluster analysis was carried out on 36 traditional Chinese medicines which were used more than 40 times.9 groups of cluster drugs were obtained: 1.Liquorice,angelica,Poria,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Achyranthes bidentata,astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala,peony,Ramulus Cinnamomi,rehmannia,honeysuckle,Caulis Spatholobi,red peony,Rhizoma Notopterygii,Angelica,mulberry parasitism,Eucommia;2.Atractylodes,Cortex Phellodendri,coix seed,rhizoma dioscoreae hypoglaucae;3.Self defense;4 Scutellaria,bupleurum,dried ginger and Anemarrhena;class 5 safflower,peach kernel,tangerine peel and Pinellia;class 6 Dendrobium and Polygala;class 7 Ophiopogon;class 8 earthworm;class 9 Clematis.5.The association analysis of 36 traditional Chinese medicines with more than 40 times of application frequency showed that the combination of Glycyrrhiza uralensis,angelica,Poria cocos,Paeonia alba and Astragalus membranaceus was more commonly used,and 6243 association rules were obtained,among which the second,third and fourth-order association rules were the most supported: Glycyrrhiza uralensis and angelica,angelica + Glycyrrhiza uralensis and radix rehmanniae,Poria + Angelica + Glycyrrhiza uralensis and Radix Rehmanniae.Conclusion: 1.From the analysis of general situation,RA patients with anemia are mostly women.2.Pathogenesis of RA complicated with anemia is deficiency and excess.This deficiency is mainly due to deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of liver and kidney,and excess is mainly due to cold,heat,dampness,phlegm and blood stasis.The disease is mainly due to deficiency of both qi and blood.From the distribution of syndrome types,the ratio of deficiency of both qi and blood is the highest.3.RA patients with anemia are mainly treated with strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors.High frequency drugs include licorice,angelica,poria cocos,ligusticum wallichii,achyranthes bidentata,etc.The application frequency of deficiency-tonifying drugs is the highest.Common drug groups are licorice-white peony root,licorice-poria cocos and angelica,poria cocos-prepared rehmannia root,ligusticum wallichii and angelica,etc. |
