Clinical Observation On The Application Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis And Edema Based On The Theory Of "wind Energy Wins Dampness"

Purpose: to observe the clinical effect of "wind energy wins wet" theory in the treatment of chronic nephritis edema.Materials and methods: to choose in October 2018 to May 2019 in liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine kidney disease patients,and 60 patients with chronic nephritis edema diagnosed as the research object,according to the experimental research of the standards set,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 patients;On the basis of basic treatment and western medicine treatment(control group treatment),different prescriptions were given according to the theory of "wind wins wet".The control group was given spironolactone tablets on the basis of basic treatment with conventional western medicine.The treatment course of both groups was four weeks,and the edema,urinary protein,plasma albumin and TCM symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.In terms of TCM symptoms,30 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective in the treatment group,with a total effective rate of 85.7%.In the control group,25 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 71.4%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.In terms of western medicine efficacy,29 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective in the treatment group,with a total effective rate of 82.9%.In the control group,27 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 77.1%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.In terms of the treatment of edema,the curative effect of the treatment group on the treatment of edema was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment.By rank-sum test,P=0.007<0.05,indicating that traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of "wind wins moisture" has a better effect on the elimination of edema.4.In terms of the 24 h urinary protein quantification,the 24 h urinary protein quantification inthe treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the rank-sum test showed a significant difference with P=0.00<0.05.5.In terms of qualitative uroprotein,the qualitative uroprotein in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group.The rank-sum test showed that z=-2.973,P=0.003<0.05,showing a significant difference between the two groups.6.In terms of urinary sediment red blood cell count,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the rank-sum test P=0.01<0.05 showed a significant difference.Conclusion: in the clinical treatment of chronic nephritis edema,the application of "wind energy wins wet" theory,dialectical treatment,can achieve the effect of dampness and swelling,dispel stasis,invigorate qi and activate blood,effectively improve the patient's edema,the curative effect is accurate,it is worth further research.
