Objective:1.To understand the difference of anxiety and depression between primary dysmenorrhea patients and non primary dysmenorrhea women during menstruation;2.To observe the effect of moxibustion on anxiety and depression of patients with primary dysmenorrhea before and after treatment.Method:1.From June 2018 to August 2019,200 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected from the gynecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, questionnaires were distributed to Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine to collect 200 women with non primary dysmenorrhea. The scores of self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS)were analyzed.2.Based on the above investigation results,it is suggested that the most primary dysmenorrhea patients are cold coagulation stasis syndrome. Therefore,we included 60 cases of primary dysmenorrhea patients with cold coagulation stasis syndrome, selected Shenque point and Guanyuan point, and treated them with moxibustion for three menstrual cycles. To observe the changes of TCM syndrome integral scale, self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and visual analogue score(VAS)before and after treatment.Results:1.SAS and SDS scores of primary dysmenorrhea group and non primary dysmenorrhea group were significantly higher than those of non primary dysmenorrhea group(P < 0.05).2.After the treatment of moxibustion, the TCM syndrome score,SAS,SDS and VAS scores of60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and stasis syndrome were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The anxiety and depression of patients with primary dysmenorrhea were significantly higher than those of women without primary dysmenorrhea;moxibustion with separated medicine could slow down the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, improvethe anxiety and depression of patients with primary dysmenorrhea and reduce the degree of abdominal pain.
