Research On The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy With Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Data Mining

Purpose:To explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy by using data mining technology,explore the efficacy of potential new prescriptions,and provide reference basis for clinical treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Material and method:Retrieving the literatures about the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy by traditional Chinese medicine in the databases of CNKI,Chongqing VIP and Wanfang from October 1,2014 to October1,2019.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the final literatures were sorted out,and the information of title,publication year,first author,prescription name and drug composition were extracted and excel table was established,Using the auxiliary platform system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance to analyze the drug frequency,drug category and sexual taste tropism of the included data.Through the systematic association rule analysis and entropy cluster analysis,high-frequency drug combinations and new prescriptions are obtained.The above results are analyzed and discussed and conclusions are drawn.Results:There are 203 articles included in this study,involving 186 drugs in total.The cumulative frequency of use is 2253.There are 17 drugs with more than 40 application frequency.The application frequency of Astragalus,yam,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Cornus,Poria cocos and Rehmannia is more than 40%.The main drugs are tonic drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,heat clearing drugs,astringent drugs and diuretic drugs,which are used more than 200 times.The four drugs are mainly warm,and the proportion of sweet drugs is the largest among the five.Most of the drugs belong to the liver,kidney and spleen channels.According to the association rule analysis method,we found that Danwas used more than 90 times in Astragalus,Astragalus and yam,Cornus and Astragalus.According to entropy cluster analysis,20 core drug combinations and10 potential new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion : The pathogenesis of early diabetic nephropathy is mainly deficiency of qi and Yin,blood stasis,which is mainly treated from the liver,kidney and spleen.The commonly used treatment methods include nourishing qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.According to the different syndromes of deficiency,prescriptions can also be selected based on syndrome differentiation and medication according to symptoms,providing a new method and thinking for the clinical treatment of early diabetic nephropathy based on syndrome differentiation.
