Objective:Evaluated efficacy and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine used in theearly diabetic nephropathy,then filtrated advantageous therapeuticmethods and commendatory herbs and formula.The preliminary construction of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of early diabeticnephropathy pathogenesis and treatment system.Methods:Collected clinicalexperimentsin traditional Chinese medicine used in the early diabetic nephropathy,established a choice criterion,filtrated qualified researches,evaluating the quality of thequalified researches by using the Jadad standard of perfection,using Rveman5.0 software for heterogeneity effect indexesrelated to inspection,Meta-analysis,funnel plots analysis,sensitivity analysis,fail-safe number to the related effect indicators.Results:Retrieved 5087 related documents,494 items brought into the qualified researches.Involved in replenishing qi,nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method,yiqi huoxue method,heat method of replenishing qi and nourish Yin and blood-activation therapy,etc.Including medicinal broth,pill,powder,injection,etc,the formulas.Statistical analysis of the clinical efficient and incidence of adverse events of relative risk and NNT,UAER,Scr,BUN,indicators such as mean differences,and calculate the 95%confidence interval.Conclusions:This study thinks replenishing qi,nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method,yiqi huoxue method,qi and activating blood method can be used as a traditional Chinese medicine therapy and recommended for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.This study first recommended yiqi for astragalus membranaceus injection,the formulas followed by acanthopanax injection;First recommended qi and nourishing Yin to shen qi yi qi dropping,the formulas for shen qi di huang tang when next;First recommendations for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis syndromes of ginkgo leaf preparation,lamp injection,in second order lamps flowers share of salvia miltiorrhiza injection,injection lamps preparations,Dan shen injection and ligustrazine injection,leech,salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection,bitter dish injection and puerarin injection,etc.;First yiqi huoxue for huangqi injection share the formulas recommended by salvia miltiorrhiza injection,Bu yang huan wu tang,followed by tongxinluo capsule,share and ligustrazine injection,huangqi injection liquid gold treasure share compound danshen dropping pill capsule,etc.Inevaluating clinical evidence,screening is recommended treatment and recommendations based on the formulas,the early diabetic nephropathy says this study basic pathogenesis of qi and Yin deficiency,blood stasis resistance network.Which two empty as this,qi and Yin deficiency with internal by diabetes pathogenesis developed in delay;Qi deficiency blood stasis of collaterals as standard,for promoting blood stasis due to lack of warm glow.
