Objective By observing the clinical efficacy of Professor Dong Youqi's application of guizhi decoction in the treatment of infantile anorexia of Yingwei deficiency,the etiology and pathogenesis of this type of anorexia were further clarified,and the clinical experience was summarized to expand the clinical treatment of infantile anorexia.Methods A total of 100 cases of children diagnosed with anorexia of Yingwei deficiency who were admitted to the pediatric outpatient department of Ningbo hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2018 to December 2019 were collected and selected.The cases corresponding to diagnostic criteria were treated with Guizhi decoction,a pair of medicine per day,divided into two or three times,and 3 weeks as a course of treatment.During the treatment period,the patients were followed up once a week.After a 3-week treatment course,the changes in primary and secondary syndrome score and clinical trial index data before and after the treatment were compared,and pay attention to the patient's vital signs closely,followed up for 3 months after the drug withdrawal to observe and record the long-term efficacy.Results One.The change of symptom and sign score before and after treatment with Guizhi decoction was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two.After treatment,the weight and skinfold thickness of the children were changed,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three.The levels of trace elements zinc and iron increased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Four.During the treatment period,none of the 100 children showed abnormal vital indicators and no adverse clinical reactions.Conclusion The pathological mechanism of Yingwei deficiency exists in infantile anorexia,and there is a causal relationship between children's spleen and stomach weakness and Yingwei deficiency.Guizhi decoction is effective in treating children with anorexia,which can effectively improve their appetite and physique.There is a increase in the content of trace elements zinc and iron in the body.The application of Guizhi decoction in the treatment of infantile anorexia has no adverse reactions,good security,convenient,and more economically,worthy of further clinical promotion.
