effective treatment in its acute phase is extremely important for prognosis.intracerebral hemorrhage is the second most common type of stroke.intra Cerebral hemorrhage is a more serious type of stroke,and its mortality rate can even be as high as 13% to 61% within 30 days.Even the surviving patients often bring a heavy burden of social resources,so in addition to strengthening the prevention of cerebrovascular diseases in the field of public health,it is even more important to establish correct and effective treatment procedures and programs.In the past,internal medicine and surgery have played different roles in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage.With the progress of science and technology and the development of medical treatment,the application of traditional Chinese medicine is more and more extensive,and it also plays an important role in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage.Promoting the absorption of hematoma,reducing the related inflammatory response,promoting the recovery of neurological deficits and preventing and aggravating intracerebral hemorrhage in internal medicine treatment are the key points of the treatment in the acute phase of the disease.There are many sequelae of intracerebral hemorrhage and it is difficult to recover.The difference between China and foreign countries in the treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage is that China has traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has thousands of years of experience in treating intracerebral hemorrhage.Among them,acupuncture treatment has shown that it is safer in the acute phase of intracerebral hemorrhage.As the world pays more and more attention to traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese traditional medicine-related purification and related pharmaceutical technologies have also developed rapidly.Chinese patent medicines have been used in clinical acute intracerebral hemorrhage patients due to their good effects,convenience,and ease of storage.In this study,by collecting relevant information and treatment plans of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment plans.The control group used Western medicine basic treatment combined with acupuncture treatment,and the observation group used Western medicine basic treatment combined with acupuncture and oral Chinese patent medicine.Treatment,observe the various indicators before and after treatment,and through relevant statistical analysis,in order to achieve the objective of objectively evaluating the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups,so as to provide clinical specific treatment plan for patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage combined with Chinese and Western treatment Some scientific suggestions and references.Objective: By comparing the clinical efficacy of the control group and the observation group,I hope to find a more effective and appropriate comprehensive treatment plan for Chinese and Western medicine for patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage,and provide different or even More complete clinical treatments for patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods: Using retrospective research methods,the clinical efficacy of 60 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage patients who met the criteria of this study between January 2014 and July 2019 of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hunan Provincial Brain Hospital were collected for clinical efficacy Compare.Those who received conventional Western medicine combined with acupuncture were included in the control group,those who received conventional Western medicine combined with acupuncture and oral Chinese patent medicine were included in the observation group.Collect and calculate the changes of intracerebral hematoma,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Activity of Daily Living(ADL)score before and after treatment in two groups of patients,and calculate The results are always effective.Statistical methods are used to analyze the data of the two groups and compare the changes in the scores and the effects of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Changes in the scores of the two groups before and after treatment: The neurological deficit(NIHSS)score,viability scale(ADL)score and intracerebral hematoma volume of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment;and the neurological deficit in the observation group(NIHSS)score and ADL score improved significantly over the control group.Compared with the control group,the amount of intracerebral hematoma after treatment was P>0.05,with no statistical difference.2.Clinical efficacy evaluation: the control group basically recovered 0 cases,significantly improved 3 cases,improved 33 cases,no change in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 94%;the observation group basically recovered 4 cases,significantly improved 10 cases,improved 7 cases,no change 1 For example,the total effective rate is 95%.After the rank sum test analysis,the curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Adverse reactions: Adverse reactions: During the treatment,through observation of patients' liver and kidney function,three routines,electrolytes,myocardial enzyme spectrum and other indicators before and after treatment,no adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion: Both the control group and the observation group can significantly improve the patients' NIHSS score,daily living ability score,and reduce the amount of intracerebral hematoma during the treatment of patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage,and can improve the patients' clinical symptoms and signs.The observation group improved the NIHSS score and ADL score more than the control group.However,the comparison between the control group and the observation group in terms of reducing intracerebral hematoma found P>0.05,and it cannot be clearly stated that the combination of Chinese patent medicine can significantly reduce the volume of intracerebral hematoma. |
