Saiga Horn Oral Solution With The Hypothermia Therapy In Acute Stage Of Intracerebral Hemorrhage Clinical Observation

ObjectivesThe observation of saiga horn(saiga horn oral solution)with the hypothermia therapy in acute stage of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,to assess the clinical efficacy,and discuss its value and mechanism.MethodsThe internal medicine department or ICU patients,a total of 55 cases,first diagnosed as acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,and in accordance with Traditional Chinese medicine diagnosed as a stroke,the establishment of clinical observation table,through the observation of consciousness, language and motor function(GCS score,NIHSS score),complications,serum inflammatory cytokines(CRP),and other indicators to study and follow-up, to building the information databases,to discuss the clinical efficacy about saiga horn(saiga horn oral solution)with the hypothermia therapy in acute stage of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,and its mechanism. Complications statistics,the use of simple statistical software to calculate P values,and the remaining data on the use of SPSS13.0 to t-test.Results1.Two cases.The treatment group,one case of co-infection(urinary tract infection)(3.57%),two cases of gastrointestinal bleeding(7.14%),four cases of electrolyte imbalance(14.29%),and one case of muscle flutter(3.57%). The control group,seven cases of co-infection(urinary tract infection two cases,four cases of respiratory tract infection,one case of intestinal infection)(25.93%),two cases of gastrointestinal bleeding(7.41 percent), five cases of electrolyte imbalance(18.52%),five cases of muscle chatter (18.52 percent).Especially in the co-infection,compared between the two groups,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Show the therapy of saiga horn with the hypothermia therapy in acute stage of intracerebral hemorrhage could reduce infection complications significantly.2.The treatment group,incidence,72 hours after treatment,one week after the treatment,two weeks after the treatment,serum inflammatory cytokines (CRP),were 29.18±4.13,31.32±2.84,20.64±2.80,17.79±4.00.The control group,incidence,72 hours after treatment,one week after the treatment,two weeks after the treatment,serum inflammatory cytokines(CRP), were 28.96±3.99,30.56±3.25,26.30±3.33,19.11±3.98.Especially in the treatment of one week,compared between the two groups,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).It shows saiga horn with the hypothermia therapy could reduce serum inflammatory cytokines(CRP)of intracerebral hemorrhage significantly by reduce inflammation,to protect the brain.3.The treatment group,incidence,72 hours after treatment,one week after the treatment,two weeks after the treatment,the GCS score were 9.07±1.80,7.79±1.64,10.11±1.93,10.93±1.94.The control group,incidence, 72 hours after treatment,one week after the treatment,two weeks after the treatment,the GCS score were 8.85±1.97,7.44±1.76,9.26±2.38,10.37±2.29.The GCS score of two groups were decreased on 72 hours after treatment, with the possible on the peak period of cerebral edema.Compare the two groups, the difference was not significant(P＞0.05).The treatment group,incidence, 72 hours after treatment,one week after the treatment,two weeks after the treatment,The NIHSS score were 20.71±1.80,23.68±1.98,21.29±2.34,17.96±1.82.The control group,incidence,72 hours after treatment,one week after the treatment,two weeks after the treatment,The NIHSS score were 20.41±1.65,24.37±1.47,21.70±2.07,18.74±2.09,compared between the two groups, no differences were significant(P＞0.05).ConclusionSaiga horn oral solution with the hypothermia therapy in acute stage of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,to compared hypothermia therapy in acute stage of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,It could reduce complications significantly,especially on the incidence of infection,and could reduce serum inflammatory cytokines(CRP)of intracerebral hemorrhage significantly by reduce inflammation,to protect the brain.
