Purpose: Intraerebral hemorrhage(ICH)refers to primary nontraumatic intraparenchymal hemorrhage, also known as spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage(SICH),which has a high incidence and disability rate.Acupuncture therapy uses different needles to stimulate specific acupoints of the human body, and uses various techniques to prevent and treat diseases. It has the advantages of simple techniques, safe and practical, convenient and effective.Clinically, acupuncture therapy has a certain therapeutic effect on the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage. This article aims to evaluate the curative effect of western medicine combined with acupuncture in the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage, and to provide reference value for clinical application. Methods: Collected data on acute cerebral hemorrhage cases treated by the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hunan Brain Hospital from January 2014 to June 2019,and divided the data that met the inclusion criteria into the Western medicine treatment group(control group))And Western medicine treatment combined with acupuncture treatment group(observation group).Using statistical methods, the NIHSS score,ADL score, hematoma volume, neurological deficit score improvement rate and other indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Western medicine combined with acupuncture.Results:1.A total of 116 cases were included in this study, including 53 cases in the observation group and 63 cases in the control group. In the observation group,6 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,27 cases were effective, and 3 cases were ineffective. The improvement rate of neurological deficit score was 94.3%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,31 cases were effective, and 17 cases were ineffective. The improvement rate of neurological deficit score was 73.0%.The observation group was better than the control group in improving neurological deficits(P<0.05).2.After treatment, the NIHSS score,ADL score, and hematoma volume of the two groups were significantly improved. The observation group had an advantage in improving the NIHSS score and ADL score. There was no statistical significance in reducing the volume of hematoma between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Western medicine treatment and Western medicine treatment combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the neurological deficit in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, improve the ability of daily living, and accelerate the absorption of hematoma.Western medicine combined with acupuncture has more advantages in improving neurological deficits and improving the ability of daily living;there is no significant difference between the two in promoting the absorption of hematoma.
