Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction And Wuling Powder In The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria (cold-dampness Syndrome)

Objective:The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical efficacy of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction combined with Wuling powder and Rupatadine fumarate in the treatment of chronic urticaria of cold-dampness syndrome,and to objectively evaluate the advantages of "Kaixuan Lishi" method,so as to provide basis and ideas for the application of Xuanfu theory in chronic urticaria.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,60 patients with chronic urticaria of cold-dampness syndrome were selected from the dermatology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the date of patients' first visit,the patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group: the treatment group was treated with Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction combined with Wuling powder,one dose a day,warm clothing in the morning and evening;the control group was treated with oral Rupatadine fumarate 10 mg per night.The scores of symptoms(pruritus)and physical signs(size,number,duration,frequency of attack)before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,adverse reactions and the number of recurrences 1month after treatment were recorded in the two groups.Spss21.0software was used to analyze the scores,total scores and recurrence rate of the two groups before and after treatment Difference in efficacy.Results:1.The 60 patients of this project have completed treatment and follow-up visits,and no adverse reactions were found;2.Before the treatment,the scores and total scores of gender,age,course of disease,symptoms(pruritus)and physical signs(size,number,duration and frequency of attack)of the two groups were statistically analyzed,P value was greater than 0.05,and there was no statistical significance in the difference,which was significant;3.The difference of pruritus score and total score was statistically significant between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment;the difference of pruritus score and total score was statistically significant between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment;the pruritus,the size of skin lesions,the number of skin lesions,the frequency of skin lesions and the total score were statistically significant;4.Before and after 4 weeks of treatment,the scores and total scores of the two groups were decreased,suggesting that two groups were effective for chronic Urticaria of cold-dampness type ?The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;5.The comparison of the recurrence rate of the two groups,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:The results show that the treatment of chronic urticaria of cold-dampness syndrome with Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction combined with Wuling powder can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,reduce the recurrence rate,and provide reference for the application of Xuanfu theory in chronic urticaria.
