Analysis Of TCM Syndrome Element Distribution And Related Factors In Patients With Chronic Urticaria In Hospital Of CDUTCM

Purpose In this study,the clinical data of 300 patients who diagnosed as chronic urticaria were collected in the dermatology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of CDUTCM.Summarized the common disease location,syndrome type and common syndrome type to discover more about the distribution of TCM syndrome of chronic urticaria,and the correlation between syndrome distribution and related factors,explore the causes to provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic urticaria,especially spontaneous urticaria caused by unknown causes.It is hoped that TCM syndrome differentiation theory can play an important role in pathogenesis research,treatment and prevention of chronic urticaria.Methods In this study,300 patients who were diagnosed as chronic urticaria in the dermatology department of Affiliated Hospital of CDUTCM from January 2019 to January 2020 were collected with the methods of on-site questionnaire survey and telephone communication to supplementary information,such as gender,age,date of birth and other general data collection of four diagnosis data of TCM,and then completed the syndrome accumulation subscale(see the attached table for details),add up the scores represented by the relevant syndromes,and those with the score of disease syndrome element and disease syndrome element greater than or equal to 20 [100] can be established,and then input the established relevant syndrome element into Microsoft Excel.The data were analyzed by SPSS25.0.Results(1)Among 300 Cu samples,106 were male(35.3%),194 were female(64.7%),and the ratio of male to female is about 0.55:1.(2)Among 300 Cu samples,217(72.3%)were in the youth group,61(20.3%)in the middle-aged group and 22(7.3%)in the elderly group,and the majority of young people is in the overall distribution.(3)In 300 cases of Cu,the disease occurred more in winter and summer,accounting for 38% and 31% respectively,followed by autumn(20.7%)and spring(10.3%),suggesting that all seasons can be affected;(4)in 300 cases of Cu,the disease's location syndrome elements were mainly about skin,spleen and liver,including stomach,large intestine,uterus.From high to low,the disease location syndrome elements related to women were skin,spleen,liver,stomach,uterus,large intestine.From high to low,the syndrome elements of male are skin,spleen,stomach,large intestine and liver.(5)There are eight kinds of pathogenic syndrome elements in 300 Cu patients,among which there are four kinds of solid disease elements: damp,heat,external wind and blood stasis,and four kinds of virtual disease elements are Qi deficiency,blood deficiency,Yang deficiency and yin deficiency.Both men and women are easy to be caused by damp and heat.(6)In the 300 samples,the syndrome differentiation types of Cu include wind heat dampness syndrome,spleen deficiency dampness syndrome(including spleen qi deficiency dampness,spleen yang deficiency dampness),liver blood deficiency syndrome,spleen qi deficiency syndrome,spleen stomach dampness heat syndrome,intestine dampness heat syndrome,spleen dampness heat accumulation syndrome,uterus dampness heat syndrome,liver yin deficiency syndrome and uterus blood stasis syndrome.Most of them are wind heat dampness syndrome,spleen deficiency dampness syndrome and spleen stomach dampness heat syndrome,while most of them are liver blood deficiency syndrome,wind heat dampness syndrome and spleen deficiency dampness syndrome.Conclusion 1.The syndrome elements of chronic urticaria patients are mainly related to the skin,spleen,liver,stomach,large intestine and uterus,and mainly related to the spleen;2.The syndrome elements of chronic urticaria patients are mainly related to the deficiency and the excess,which are mainly composed of the real syndrome elements,such as damp and heat,and the deficiency syndrome elements are mainly composed of the Qi deficiency and the blood deficiency;3.The syndrome elements of damp are mostly combined with the heat,the external wind and the Qi deficiency to cause the disease;4.The syndrome elements result of apoplexy and heat dampness compared with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation,the syndrome of deficiency of blood element is more common in women,among which middle-aged women > young women > elderly women;6.Compared with men,syndrome element liver is more common in women;7.Compared with women,spleen stomach dampness heat syndrome and intestinal dampness heat syndrome are more common in men,among which the young men > middle-aged men > elderly men.
