Clinical Observation Of Shengxian Decoction In Adjuvant Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Combined With Cardiogenic Shock And Gas Deprivation Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Sheng-Xian-Tang in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with cardiogenic shock syndrome in patients with gas syndrome,provide objective indicators for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,and key,high-quality evidence-based medical evidence.Methods: Thirty-six severely ill patients who were admitted to the Department of Critical Care of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to March2020 and met the criteria for chronic heart failure combined with cardiogenic shock gas syndrome were randomly divided into control group and Treatment group,18 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given routine basic medical treatments such as cardiotonic,diuretic,correction of arrhythmia,maintenance of oxygenation,blood volume supplementation,maintenance of acid-base and electrolyte balance.The treatment group was supplemented with Sheng-Xian-Tang(100ml once,3times a day,and warmed immediately when shock occurred),and both groups were treated for 3 courses(1 course is 24h).Before and after comparing the two groups of patients with norepinephrine dosage,blood pressure,heart rate,urine output,BNP,TNF-α,IL-6,the efficacy of TCM symptoms and APACHE Ⅱ score levels.Results:1.The TCM syndromes,blood pressure,heart rate,urine output,BNP,TNF-α,IL-6 of the two groups of patients were significantly better than before treatment(P <0.05),APACHE II score level,norepinephrine dosage Compared with the pre-treatment period,it was significantly reduced(P<0.05).2.The blood pressure,heart rate,urine output,BNP,TNF-α,IL-6,TCM syndromes,APACHE II score level,and norepinephrine dosage of the treatment group improved significantly before and after treatment(P<0.05).3.The total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were significantly reduced after treatment compared with before treatment(P <0.05),and the reduction of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P <0.05).4.In both groups,the clinical comprehensive curative effect of disease and the curative effect of TCM syndrome treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure complicated with cardiogenic shock syndrome,Sheng-Xian-Tang can significantly improve the TCM syndrome,reduce the use of norepinephrine,and significantly improve the prognosis of patients on the basis of traditional medical treatment.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
