Research On The Law Of Application Of Aconite In "Treatise On Febrile Diseases"

Purpose: Discussing the application of aconite in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,to provide some help for the safe and effective use of aconite in clinic.Methods: firstly,classifying and analyzing the 35 articles about aconite in Treatise on Febrile Diseases of the Song Dynasty;secondly,summarizing the commonly used compatibility drugs in 23 aconite prescriptions,and statisticing the relationship between proportion and efficacy;thirdly,counting the efficacy of aconite in different doses and the proportion of aconite in the total prescription;Fourthly,methods of addition and subtraction,decocting and nursing of Fuzi prescription in the treatment will be elaborated;finally,exploring the use of aconite by doctors of later generations from the following aspects: aconite efficacy,prescription innovation,dosage,decocting,poisoning and rescue.Result:1.Classification according to the efficacy of aconite: there are 8 prescriptions of Huiyang Jiuni,6 prescriptions of Wenjing Fuyang,5 prescriptions for Sanhan Zhitong,2 prescriptions for Wenyang Zhishui,1 prescription for Wenhan Fuhui and Sanhan Zhitong.2.The commonly used compatibility of aconite: when processed aconite is combined with Zhigancao?Guizhi?Shaoyao and Shengjiang 1:3 playing the effect of Wenjing Fuyang,when the proportion increased it playing the effect of Sanhan Zhitong.When raw aconite is used,it must be combined with Ganjiang to Huiyang Jiuni,and the dosage less than it.3.The dosage rule of aconite: the commonly used dosage of aconite is one,with the aggravation of Yang deficiency,the dosage is increased to two or three.When the disease is in critical condition,it is necessary to use Shengfuzi to Huiyang Jiuni.There are 19 prescriptions with Aconite dosage accounting for 5%-30% of the total,only 3 prescriptions accounting for more than 30%.4.The main treatment frequency of Fuzi formula is: 12 prescriptions of cold and heat,9 prescriptions of limbs syndrome,8 prescriptions of Tuli syndrome,6prescriptions of chest and abdomen syndrome and Jue syndrome.Using the decoction of Paofuzi,the decocting time is longer.Decoction time of Paofuzi is longer,which of Shengfuzi is shorter.The medicine is generally taken three times a day,for the critically ill,two times a day or even a meal.5.Later generations of doctors used the therapeutic effect of Aconite on treat trauma caused by metal and remove hard lumps,and created aconite prescriptions which originated from the classic prescriptions and played a role.With the accumulation of medical experience and the understanding of technical means,doctors in later generations have expanded the main treatment scope of aconite,and taken active rescue measures in the face of poisoned patients.Conclusion:1.The dosage of aconite is generally one piece(about 15g),the dosage is too small and the curative effect is not obvious.Clinically,it should not be limited to the toxicity of aconite,and the dosage should be selected according to the condition.Ifthe aconite needs to be used in large dosage,pay attention to its processing method,long-term decocting and reducing toxicity,and appropriate compatibility.It is not allowed to be seriously ill but lightly medicated.2.There are many drugs that can be compatible with aconite,the efficacy is different in different proportion.Only when the drugs are properly combined in clinical syndrome,can the curative effect be greatly increased.3.In Treatise on Febrile diseases,the prescription of Fuzi is widely used to treat diseases.When it comes to clinical syndrome,it can be flexibly added and subtracted according to the severity of the disease,specific symptoms and the constitution of the patients.
