Clinical Application Of Suanzaoren Decoction Based On Prescriptions And Syndromes

Objective:Suanzaoren decoction is a classic prescription in the book Synopsis of the Golden Chamber written by zhang zhongjing.It is used to treat insomnia caused by deficiency of liver blood and deficiency of heat.Suanzaoren decoction was passed down to later generations and was used by the medical experts of all ages.In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease with suanzaoren decoction,the ancient medical experts found that suanzaoren decoction can not only treat insomnia,but also treat other clinical diseases.Up to now,suanzaoren decoction is still used in the treatment of modern clinical diseases,and has achieved good results.The purpose of this paper is to reveal the law of prescription and syndrome of suanzaoren decoction.Methods:This paper is divided into two parts:1.The literature research of suanzaoren decoction is divided into three aspects.First,to explore the origin of suanzaoren decoction and briefly analyze the relevant articles;Second,the theoretical research on the formula of suanzaoren decoction.In this chapter,based on the theories of traditional Chinese medicine in the medical experts of all dynasties and their literatures,the author analyzes and sorts out the drug use,symptoms,etiology,pathogenesis and other aspects of this prescription from multiple perspectives.Thirdly,the evolution and development of suanzaoren decoction by medical experts in past dynasties.2.Research on modern medical case of suanzaoren decoction: based on the theme of "suanzaoren decoction",the three databases of CNKI,VIP and CBM were searched by computer,and the time period was January 1,2010(solstice,January 1,2020).Excel was used to establish data tables for documents meeting the requirements,and then statistical analysis was carried out.Results:1.The literature research of suanzaoren decoction shows that the main disease of suanzaoren decoction is liver,and the pathogenesis is liver blood deficiency,deficiency heat and internal disturbance.Its typical clinical symptoms are "insomnia","irritability","dry throat and dry mouth";A total of 27 first sort out all previous dynasties suanzaoren decoction become part of a party,know that generations of physicians in ingredients not only add and subtract and formula on the compatibilityof suanzaoren decoction benevolence has many development,but also created a pill,powder,frying and other dosage forms,dating back to the party except for the treatment of insomnia,abnormal of modern diseases,also widely used in clinical inside and outside,women,immunity-lower disease.2.The study of modern medical records of suanzaoren decoction showed that 101 documents were included in the Excel data sheet,and 146 cases were recorded.According to statistics,the names of common TCM diseases in modern clinical application are: insomnia,depression syndrome,postmenopausal syndrome;Western medicine name: insomnia,perimenopausal period syndrome,autonomic nerve function disorder.The basic pathogenesis is liver blood insufficiency,deficiency heat internal disturbance.Clinical in the original prescription on the basis of flavor,more flavor white peony root,angelica,fuzhuan sanwei drugs.The basic indications of the application of suanzaoren decoction by modern doctors are insomnia,irritability,dry throat and dry mouth,red tongue,thin yellow moss and thin pulse string.Conclusion:Through literature research and medical case statistics,it is concluded that the disease location of suanzaoren decoction is mainly in the liver,and the pathogenesis is liver blood deficiency and heat deficiency.The typical clinical symptoms are insomnia,irritability,dry throat and dryness.Through the statistical analysis of modern medical cases,it is found that the treatment range of suanzaoren decoction is very extensive,almost including clinical departments,in which insomnia is the most used.The main clinical indications of suanzaoren decoction are insomnia,irritability,dry throat and dry mouth,red tongue and yellow moss,and fine pulse strings.The common dosage of suanzaoren decoction is 30 g jujube kernel,10 g anemone,10 g chuanxiong,15 g tuckahoe,6g licorice.
