The Clinical Research On The Modified Suanzaoren Decoction Which Be Used To Treat Premature Beats Of Qi And Yin Deficiency

Purpose:This article obtains from the pathogenesis theory of the liver and heart, we used themethods of supplementing qi, nourishing yin, purging liver and quieting heart,Observing the clinical curative effect and security of modified Suanzaoren Decoction onPremature Beats which belongs to qi and Yin deficiency type, and to explore itsmechanism of action, thus for laying a solid theoretical and practical basis for theclinical promotion and application.Method:Will conform to the eligibility of qi and Yin deficiency type by TCM and diagnosis for150Premature Beats patients, according to the doctor order for no.1to150, wererandomly divided into control group which has66cases and the treatment group whichhas66examples in the way of random permutation table.The Treatment group wasgiven modified Suanzaoren Decoction (granules, Water a blunt and each drink half inthe morning and at night), the control group was given succinate metoprolol tablets(23.75~47.5mg), a course of4weeks.Results:(1) The curative effect evaluation:①The Efficacy in patients with premature beats after treatment compared twogroups:the total effective rate of the treatment group was88.10%;The total effective rateof the control group was83.33%, the two groups were no significant difference (P＞0.05);②The comparison of the numbers of premature beats：The two groups after treatmentwere no significant difference (P＞0.05).Therefore, Modified suanzaoren decoctionand succinate metoprolol has reduced the number of premature beats, the effect is equal;③TCM symptoms after curative effects were compared two groups:the total effective rate of treatment group was90.48%, the total effective rate in control group was72.73%,clinical symptoms between the two groups was significant difference (P＜0.05);Interms of improving palpitations and fatigue, the curative effect of Modified Suanzaorendecoction is better than that of succinate metoprolol group, especially in shortness ofbreath, insomnia, night sweats, dry mouth, five upset hot, etc. efficacy significantly (P＜0.01). It is expain that modified suanzaoren decoction is better than succinatemetoprolol tablets in improving the clinical symptoms ofTCM.(2) Safety Evaluation: The84patients’ tests values of blood, urine, stool, liver andkidney functions range from the reference value of medicinetest of in the treatmentgroup before and after treatment values are fluctuations in the range of reference. Itshows that the formula in the clinical application is relatively safe, because it is noobvious adverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion：Modified suanzaoren decoction can observably improve clinical symptoms, reduce theoccurrence frequency of contractions, decline and prevent contractions severity.
