| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Erxian Decoction on heart-kidney-incompatible cardiac neurosis by comparing with haloperidotun meritracine tablets.Methods: The medical records of cardiovascular clinic in the affiliated hospital of Hunan Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine were analyzed.Using a randomized controlled approach,Sixty patients who met the criteria for diagnosis of cardiac neurosis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.30 cases in each group.Treatment group was given Jiawei Erxian decoction(common curculigo rhizome 15 g,epimedium herb 15 g,morinda root 15 g,motherwort herb15 g,amur cork-tree 10 g,common anemarrhena rhizome 10 g,Chinese angelica12 g,debark peony root 12 g,prepared fleeceflower root 12 g,oyster shell 30 g,cassia twig 6g,tree peony root bark 9g,Indian bread 15 g,milkwort root 10 g,ultrafine particle of amber 3g,prepared liquorice root 10g),1 dose per day,water decoction,respectively at AM 9:00 time,PM 16:00 time;unified by the Hunan Institute of traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital Chinese pharmacy decoction,patients take 1pack,2 packs per day,AM 9:00 time,PM 16:00 time on time.The control group was given haloperidotone melitracine tablets(Delixin Denmark Lingbei Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.approval number: H20171104 specifications: each tablet containing haloperidotun 0.5 mg and meritracine 10 mg *20 tablets),10.5 mg(1 grains),Oral,2times/day;The course of treatment in both groups was 30 days.Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),TCM symptom score scale,heart rate and recurrence of adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Application of SPSS19.0 software for data analysis and results.Results :(1)There were no cases of abscission or termination,and there were 60 cases,30 cases in each group.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course and pre-treatment Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,TCM symptom total score and heart rate level.(2)Evaluation of the efficacy of improving anxiety and depression: in comparison of HAMA reductionrates,The total effective rate of treatment group was 85.00%,The control group was55.00%,Effect distribution between the two groups Z=-3.257,P=0.001<0.05,The difference was statistically significant.And in the HAMD reduction ratio,The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.00%,The control group was 55.00%,Distribution of curative effects between the two groups Z=-4.414,P=0.000<0.05,The difference was statistically significant.(3)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% and that of the control group was 73.33%.The data of the two groups showed that the effect distribution of TCM symptoms before and after treatment Z=-2.922,PZ=0.003<0.05.(4)The control heart rate level evaluation: the two groups of patients after medication can significantly reduce the heart rate level(P<0.01),the PP< between groups 0.000<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,the treatment group is better than the control group.(5)Safety index: blood routine,urine routine,liver function(AST ? ALT ? GGT)and renal function(BUN ? Cr)were examined before and after treatment in treatment group and control patients.In the course of clinical observation,5 patients in the control group had adverse reactions of retching,dizziness and decreased libido,but all of them were within tolerable range,did not stop medication and successfully completed the foot course study.(6)Recurrence rate evaluation :15 days follow-up after the end of treatment,the treatment group recurrence 1 case,the incidence of 3.3%,the control group a total of9 cases of recurrence,the incidence of 30.0%,P =0.015<0.05 suggested that the recurrence rate between the two groups has a significant difference,the difference is statistically significant,the recurrence rate of the treatment group is significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion :(1)Jiawei Erxian Decoction can significantly reduce the total score of HAMA?HAMD scale and TCM symptom score scale in patients with cardiac neurosis,and improve the clinical symptoms of TCM,anxiety and depression.(2)Jiawei Erxian Decoction can reduce heart rate level and control heart rate in patients with heart-kidney syndrome.(3)Professor Xiao Changjiang River experience prescription —— Jiawei Erxian decoction for the treatment of heart and kidneynon-intersecting cardiac neurosis clinical efficacy,less adverse reactions,no withdrawal reaction,worthy of further promotion and research. |
