The Effect Of Jiawei Yinqiao Powder On T Lymphocyte Subsets And Immunoglobulin In A Young Rat Model With Repeated FS

Objective:The effect of Jiawei Yinqiaosan powder on T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulins in young rats with recurrent Febrile seizure(FS)was observed.To provide experimental basis for the mechanism of Jiawei Yinqiaosan powder in treating recurrent FS episodes.Methods:Sixty young rats,the blank group had 10,the rest were used hot water bath method to establish FS model.The model group was screened,and the convulsions occurred within 5 minutes were included in the experiment.Model participants were randomly divided into model group,sodium valproate group,Jiawei Yinqiao powder high dose group(JYPH),Jiawei Yinqiao Powder low dose group(JYPL),10 in each group.FS model was established by hot water bath in young rats model group,sodium valproate group,JYPH and JYPL.From the first day of the experiment,FS model was induced by hot water bath(45.0±0.5?)for 10 times.JYPH and JYPL were given corresponding doses of Jiawei Yinqiaosan powder,sodium valproate group was given equal volume of sodium valproate,blank and model group were given distilled water once a day for 20 days.Blood samples were collected from abdominal aorta within one hour after the last administration,and the levels of T-lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulins in peripheral blood of FS young rats were detected.Results:1.The anal temperature in model groupwas higher than that in the control group.After the therapeutic,the anal temperature in JYPH waswhich was lower than that in the model group.the anal temperature in JYPL,which was lower than that in the model group.2.The seizured numbers of model group had difference significantly,than those in the control group.Interestingly,the seizured numbers in the JYPH was reduced than those in the model.3.The latency time of JYPH was longer than those in the model group(P<0.01),and the latency time of JYPL was longer than those in the model group(P<0.05).4.The CD4~+level and CD4~+/CD8~+ratio in the model group were decreased siginificantly,than those in the control,the CD8~+level of model group was higher than those in the control.Although the CD4~+level and CD4~+/CD8~+ratio of JYPH was higher than those in the model group,the CD8~+level was significant reduced.5.The IgA and IgG levels in the model group were reduced,than those in the control group(P<0.01).The IgA and IgG levels in the JYPH were significant increased than those in the model group.Conclusion:Jiawei Yinqiaosan Powder is used to treat the young rats of recurrent febrile seizure,which mechanism of action is related to the regulation of T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin in peripheral blood.
