When we do the job of hearing and language rehabilitation, we found that the auditory memory is very important to the hearing- impaired children. Taking into account the behavior of the auditory memory is hearing-impaired children, auditory memory of the act itself is a mental activity, auditory memory, the object of the auditory memroty is mainly the language sound, so we focus on the fundamental purpose of hearing and language rehabilitation, use the knowledge of Psycholinguistics to study the auditory memory of the hearing-impaired children. This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, which is about why I write this article, other people's articles about these matters, and how I solve the problem. Other people used the experimental methods. But we take into account Thierry large differences between the hearing-impaired children, and the changes of different stages is also very significant, which increase the uncertainty in the experiment, and the uncertain variables, So we use the research methods of rationalism, that is we discussing the problem theoretically, but also based on the current experiment and theory. In the second chapter, we discussed the connotation of auditory memory. In this article, auditory memory means the progress that storaging and retrieving the auditory information. Thinking of the process of auditory memory and speech are closely linked in all aspects, the auditory memory is subdivided into three categories, which are immediate auditory memory, short-term auditory memory, and long-term auditory memory. In the third chapter,we discussed the brain - neural mechanisms of the hearing-impaired children` auditory memory. We confirmed that the auditory memory has its own position of brain after we read the papers about it, then we proposed a hypothesis that the hearing-impaired children's brain areas of auditory memory may change with time. Because of hearing impairment, the auditory information can not reach and stimulate the corresponding brain areas, which may cause the areas changed, the degree of change is related to the method and the time of rehabilitation. Of course, as the Critical Period Hypothesis, this hypothesis also needs to be confirmed. In the fourth Chapter, we discussed the language attributes of auditory memory, whether and how the hearing-impaired children's auditory memory effects their language acquisition and Speech Communication, all of them are in the view of the classical theory of linguistics. We proposed the proposition that language is the auditory memory and the concept expressed by auditory memory. And after further analyzing, we recognize that the low capacity of speech perception is the bottleneck of the hearing-impaired children's language acquisition, and the lack of language auditory memory has become the principle problem of hearing- impaired children's language rehabilitation. View of the Speech Perception and the Auditory Memory are very important in the hearing-impaired children's language acquisition and language rehabilitation, we focused on the relationship between them, and designed a model of speech perception which base on auditory memory. In the last chapter, we made some suggestions to develop the hearing-impaired children's auditory memory from the perspective of psycholinguistics, such as early intervention, to strengthen the language input and output, to develop good listening and speaking habits, to teach auditory memory skills, to adopt the visual cues such as lip-reading, and so on.Goethe said: All theory, dear friend, is grey; but the precious tree of life is green. Everything has two sides. One side, the theory is not gray, because all development of hearing and speech rehabilitation are inseparable from the Audiology,Education and other related disciplines. On the other side, the theory is not a panacea, because the hearing and speech rehabilitation needs more than theoretical and technical support, but also everyone`s care, understanding, help and input, that is the only way that the lives of hearing-impaired children can be evergreen tree. These children just like angels whose wings hurt, then be cured, and spread their beautiful wings, fly into the hearing world.
