Depression is different from common diseases in terms of disease identification,disease treatment and disease burden due to the complexity and particularity of its diseases.Patients may be subject to social discrimination,unfair treatment,and biased speech,and bear more mental burdens and pressures besides the disease itself.This invisible pressure from society is very detrimental to the treatment and rehabilitation of patients.As a moden public domain,social media has become an important channel for people to acccss information and discuss public affairs.The discussion of health topics and information search on social ledia has also become an important platform for the construction of health topics,and the mixed information on social media is more likely to increase the risk of misunderstanding of“depression”.Therefore,this article takes Sina Weibo as an example.From the perspective of framework analysis,it analyzes the discourse analysis of depression image at the macro,meso and micro levels.The high-level structure analyzes the issue and finds the attitude of depression media image.Tendency;the middle-level structure cuts in from the perspective of discourse pattern and micro-semantic structure,and analyzes the way and characteristics of the media image of depression;the low-level structure draws the media image of depression by analyzing the words related to depression.Specific characteristics.Then,on the basis of this,through the interviews of patients with depression,the self-reported books of the patients with depression and the WeChat public account,"Dover",the real image of patients with depression is compared,and the media image of the group is compared.The difference in real image.Finally,it analyzes the problems and influencing factors of the construction of depression media image and proposes a new construction path.The study found that the media image of depression patients constructed by social media is not completely consistent with the true image of the group.Among them,social media attributed depression to urban talents or exclusive diseases of the wealthy class,which is far from the reality of depression.Social media mainly presents the image of out-of-control and crazy violence of depressed patients,but it is actually lonely,fragile,and patient.They are eager to be cared for and even have a positive and enterprising side.In the face of attacks,they appear more as“bearers”and "victims",and to a certain extent,they want to reflect their self-worth,which is not completely consistent with the "Violent,crazy" image created in social media..In addition,the image of the pain,loneliness and helplessness of the weak presented by social media is more consistent with the true image of people with depression.In view of the above research results,this paper believes that the deviation of the media image of depression is the result of the lack of correct understanding of the disease and the imbalance of discourse power caused by the operation of media power.Attention should be paid to the media's humanistie care in the report of depression,to play an educational and guiding role;to improve public media literacy and to establish a long-term communication mechanism for joint participation and equal dialogue.
