Clinical Observation Of PVP Combined With Modified Jinkuishenqi Decoction Granule In The Treatment Of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures (sickness Of Kidney-yang Deficiency)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Percutaneous vertiroplasty combined with Modified Jinkui Shenqi Decoction formulated granules in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(Syndrome of Deficiency of Kidney Yang).Methods: A total of 90 inpatients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures that met the inclusion criteria from December 2018 to December2019 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into treatment groups,control groups and basic treatment group,30 cases in each group.All patients in the three groups received PVP treatment,and all three groups received conventional basic treatment.The postoperative treatment group was given oral Modified Jinkui Shenqi Decoction formulated granules;the control group was given oral Xianling Gubao capsules;Basic treatment group received basic treatment.After 3 months of clinical observation,the Visual Analogue Scales,TCM syndrome score,serum ferritin and bone gamma-carboxyglutamic-acid-containing proteins were analyzed and compared after the course of treatment.Results:1.(1)Compared with the VAS scores before operation and 1 day after operation in the three groups was P<0.05,which was statistically different.PVP had the effect of rapidly reducing the VAS score.(2)The VAS scores at 1 day and 3 months after operation in the three groups was P<0.05,with statistical difference,and the VAS score continued to decrease.(3)The VAS score of the three groups was P>0.05 within 1 day after operation,with no statistical difference.(4)The VAS scores of the three groups in the three months after operation were P<0.05,with statistical difference,and the treatment group and the control group were P>0.05,no statistical difference;the treatment group and the basic treatment group were P<0.05,with statistical difference;The control group compared with the basic treatment group P<0.05,there is a statistical difference,so 3 months after surgery to reduce the VAS score effect treatment group> basic treatment group;controlgroup> basic treatment group.2.(1)The scores of TCM syndromes before operation and 1 day after operation in the three groups was P>0.05,with no statistical difference.(2)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores within 1 day after operation and 3months after surgery in the three groups was P<0.05,which was statistically different.The TCM syndrome scores in the three groups decreased after 3months compared with 1 day after surgery.(3)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the three groups 1 day after operation P>0.05,no statistical difference.(4)The scores of TCM syndromes were statistically different between the three groups at 3 months after operation P<0.05,with statistical difference;P<0.05 between the treatment group and control group,with statistical difference;P<0.05 with statistics,compared with the treatment group There is a statistical difference between the control group and the basic treatment group P<0.05,there is a statistical difference,so 3 months after surgery,the score of TCM syndrome effect treatment group> control group> basic treatment group is reduced.3.The SF comparison of the treatment group before and after treatment was P<0.05,which was statistically different.The Modified Jinkui Shenqi Decoction formulated granules Group could reduce the SF of patients;the SF comparison of the control group before and after treatment was P>0.05,no statistical difference,before and after treatment in the basic treatment group SF comparison P>0.05,no statistical difference,Xianling Gubao capsule group and basic treatment group had no effect of reducing SF.4.Before and after treatment,the BGP comparison of the treatment group was P<0.05,which was statistically different.The Modified Jinkui Shenqi Decoction formulated granules Group could increase the BGP of the patients;the control group before and after treatment had a BGP comparison of P<0.05,which was statistically different,Xianling Gubao The capsule group can increase the BGP of patients;the BGP comparison of P>0.05 before and after treatment in the basic treatment group has no statistical difference,and there is no effect of BGP increase in the basic treatment group.After treatment,the treatment group compared with the control groupBGP P<0.05,there was a statistical difference,Modified Jinkui Shenqi Decoction formulated granules group increased the effect of BGP patients better than Xianling Gubao capsule group.5.The safety indexes of the three groups after treatment were not significantly changed compared with those before and after each course of treatment.The treatment methods of the three groups were safe and reliable to the human body without obvious toxic and side effects.Conclusion: PVP combined with Modified Jinkui Shenqi Decoction formulated granules for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(Syndrome of Deficiency of Kidney Yang)has a definite curative effect,which can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also prevent residual low back pain after surgery,Improve the bone metabolism of patients,improve the quality of life,etc.,its near-medium-term curative effect is definite.
