The Observation Of Clinical Effects Of Obesity Type 2 Diabetes With The Syndrome Of Accumulation Of Phlegm-heat Treated By The Decoction Of Black Plum Pill And Its Addition

Objective:To observe the safety and clinical efficacy,the Decoction of Black plum pill and its addition to treat the obesity type 2 Diabetes with the syndrome of phlegm gloomy heat,to probides the gist about the effectiveness and safety of the Decoction of Black plum pill and its addition treat the obesity type 2 Diabete.Method:To gather 60 person who come from our Hospital departments,Endocrine Department 2 in the Shanxi integrated hospital of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,with the obesity type 2 Diabete,and randomly divided them into two groups according to the method of digital random table,each group owe 30 person,called treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given diet and Metformin(0.5g,TID,Po,Po)and Black plum pill and its addition(400ml,Bid,Po)after the basic treatment.The control group was given diet and Metformin(0.5g,Tid,Po,Po),after the basic treatment.After eight weeks,we collected the data included the blood glucose(FBG,2hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),body mass index(BMI)and other clinical experimental data with the randomly controlled.And according to the data included treatment group and controlled group,before and after treatment,we analyzed the changes using the SPSS to get the results.Results:1.Effect on blood sugar.:After clinical observation and statistical analysis,the blood glucose(include FBG and 2hPBG)of the two groups has decreased.And according the analysis results of the SPSS,the improvement of the treatment group is better than the control group in the FBG.But about the 2hPBG,the two groups were no significant statistical difference.2.Effect on the glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c): After clinical observation and statistical analysis,the glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in two groups has decreased.And according the analysis results of the SPSS,the improvement of the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Effect on body mass index(BMI):Because the difference of body weight is closely related to height,we can't use body weight alone to evaluate the degree of obesity.BMI obtained from height and weight is an important index to measure the degree of obesity.After clinical observation and statistical analysis,BMI in both groups has decreased.And according the analysis results of the SPSS,the improvement of the treatment group is better than the control group.4.To improve the TCM syndrome.:TCM syndrome integral table objectifies the change of TCM syndrome.After,clinical observation.And statistical analysis,the two groups of patients with TCM symptoms have improved.And according the analysis results of the SPSS,the improvement of the treatment group is better than the control group.Conlusion: To observe the clinical symptom and analyze the collected data,the treatment group is better than the controlled group.So the treatment with Black plum pill and its addition and Metformin can improve the symptoms and signs,reduce blood sugar and lose fat in obesity type 2 diabetes with the syndrome of accumulation of phlegm-heat.Thus,it is worth to be applied in clinical treatment that Black plum pill and its addition.
