Clinical Observation Of Modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoction In Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome(Deficiency Of Kidney Yin)

Objective: This research through clinical observation of flavored malt flavor when of perimenopausal syndrome(kidney Yin deficiency syndrome)treatment effect,contrast the patient’s own symptoms and laboratory indexes before and after treatment,to verify that the flavored malt flavor when clinical curative effect,for the traditional Chinese medicine in clinical treatment of perimenopausal syndrome to provide more effective treatment.Methods: This study collected patients with perimenopausal syndrome(kidney-yin deficiency syndrome)who were admitted to the endocrine and metabolic disease clinic of Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine on November 1,2019 and December 31,2020 as clinical observation objects.Sixty-three patients were screened strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and were treated with modified maiwei dihuang decoction for 8 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,Kupperman score,liver function,kidney function,FSH,LH and other laboratory indexes of the patients were recorded before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical effect.Results: The effect of modified maiwei dihuang decoction on perimenopausal syndrome(kidney Yin deficiency syndrome)was remarkable.Among 63 patients,4 cases were cured,accounting for 6.35%;19 cases were significantly effective,accounting for30.16%;35 cases were effective,accounting for 55.56%;5 cases were ineffective,accounting for 7.94%;the total effective rate was 92.06%.The effective rate of single TCM symptoms was more than 90% for the symptoms of hot drying,sweating and irritability,and the effect was the most obvious.The effective rate was more than 80% for the treatment of heat of hand,foot and heart and pain and softness of waist and knee.The TCM syndrome scores and Kupperman scores were significantly decreased before and after treatment(P<0.05).Serum FSH and LH values decreased compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function before and after treatment(P>0.05),all of which were within the normal range,indicating that the drug had reliable safety.Conclusion: Jiawei Maiwei Dihuang Decoction has significant efficacy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome(kidney-yin deficiency syndrome),can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients without side effects and has a good safety,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application research.
