Osteoporosis(OP)is a kind of systemic bone metabolic disease characterized by low bone mass and microstructure damage of bone tissue,with bone loss of the whole body,leading to increased bone fragility and the possibility of fracture.Its occurrence is mainly due to the imbalance caused by osteoclasts and osteoblasts in the bone metabolism.Osteoporosis is one of the common and frequently occurring diseases in the elderly.As China's population is large and with the increasing of aging,the population of osteoporosis will increase year by year.Due to its high incidence,recurrence rate,and the greater social and economic burden,making the prevention of osteoporosis become particularly important.This article developed a preparation,and prescription used the soybeans,epimedium,rhizoma drynaria as raw materials,following ethanol extraction,drying,tabletting and coating process,the preparation was made and mainly owned the effectiveness to increase bone density.This article mainly studies the production process of extraction of bone mineral density tablet,preparation production process,as well as the establishment of equality standards functional evaluation study and stability study.The main contents are as follows:1.Extraction process researchSoybean isoflavones are the main active ingredients of soybeans,with plant-derived estrogen-like effects.Icariin is the representative active ingredient of Epimedium,with the effect of invigorating the kidney and strengthening yang,strengthening tendon and bone.Naringin is one of the main represented components of Rhzizoma drynariae.The use of alcohol extraction can effectively extract its ingredients,and the simple operation and low cost of alcohol extraction is conducive to large quantities of production.We intend to use the orthogonal test L9(34)to optimize and screen the alcohol extraction process.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration was 70%,extraction time was 3times,the multiplication of alcohol was 6 times,extraction time was 3 hours.2.Study on preparation technologyThe preparation of the tablet was determined by a large number of pre-experiments.The prescription of the tablets was as follows: the extracts of Soybean,rhzizoma drynariae and epimedium were mixed with the starch,mannitol,microcrystalline cellulose,PEG6000,PEG4000,dextrin,sodium carboxymethyl starch respectively,then pelleted,dried,compressed and coated.3.Quality standardsReference to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015,the People's Republic of China national standard GBT23788-2009,and food and drug monitoring and food monitoring third letter [2013] 143 health food inspection related requirements to operate,the contents of total isoflavones and the content of icariin were determined by high performance liquid chromatograph method(HPLC).The method had the advantages of strong specificity,good repeatability and high sensitivity for the determination of the content of the increasing bone density tablets.The content of naringin was identified by thin layer identification(TLC).And finally establish the quality standard of the preparation.4.Stability studyThrough the study of room temperature and accelerated study of the experiment,the traits,disintegration time,tablet weight,content,and microbiological limits were investigated.The experimental results showed no significant changes in the indicators,indicating that the stability of the preparation was good.5.Functional evaluation studyThrough functional experiments of increasing bone mineral density by the health food technology evaluation norms,the sample has an effect of increasing the bone density of the animals.
