Clinical Study On Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome By Abdominal Needle

ObjectiveIn this study,we use the abdominal acupuncture therapy to treat thefunctionaldyspepsia with Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome,Compared with conventional acupuncture group,the curative effect of the two groups was observed in order to find an effective and easy treatment for patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods60 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups:the abdominal acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group,each group of 30 cases,abdominal acupuncture group acupoints:Zhongwan,Xiwan,Qihai,Guan Yuan,double Tianshu;Routine acupuncture group acupoints:Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Neiguan,Tianshu,Zhongwan,Taichong;After acupuncture is complete,Irradiate the patient's abdomen with TPD,then needle 30 min,1 day,continuous treatment for 6 days,rest 1 day,6 times for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses to observe the two groups of patients before and after treatment of symptom scores and TCM syndrome single symptom points,and compare clinical efficacy.Results1.General InformationThere was no significant difference in sex,age and duration between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups was comparable.2.Symptom total ScoreAfter treatment,the total score of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the two methods of treatment of functional dyspepsia can achieve good effect;But the abdominal needle group decreased more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Indicating that abdominal pain treatment of functional dyspepsia than the control group to improve the total score of symptoms have a better effect.3.TCM syndrome single symptom pointsBefore treatment,the scores of single symptom syndromes of TCM syndromes were higher than 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups of patients with TCM symptoms were comparable;After treatment,the two groups of patients with eight symptoms were significantly improved compared with before treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the two methods of TCM syndrome,a single symptom of the improvement of the points have a good effect(P =0· 016,0.025,0.050,0.025,0.003<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P= 0.016,0.025,0.050,0.025,0.003),and the difference between the two groups was significant);Epigastralgia,irritability,anger,acidity and soreness were no significant differences(P=0.430,0.202,0.3210.05>0.05).Indicating that the abdominal acupuncture in improving bloating,loose stools unhappy,satisfied that less,hi too much interest,fatigue and weakness of the points on the points than the conventional acupuncture have a better effect in improving the epigastric pain,irritability and more anger,belching acid reflux three symptoms On the effect of almost.4.Clinical efficacy assessmentAfter treatment,the treatment group cured 8 people,markedly effective 13 people,improved 7,ineffective 2,the total effective rate of 93.33%.The control group 4 people cured,8 people markedly,13 people improved,5 people invalid,the total effective rate of 83%.The clinical efficacy of the abdominal acupuncture group was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group(P= 0.024<0.05).The total effective rate of the abdominal acupuncture group was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group(P = 0.032<0.05).ConclusionAbdominal acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of functional dyspepsia,and abdominal acupuncture to improve more obvious,with better clinical efficacy.From the improvement of a single symptom of TCM syndrome,abdominal needle may improve the symptoms of spleen deficiency than conventional acupuncture have a better effect.
