Preliminary Observation On The Curative Effect Of Weiji Decoction In The Treatment Of Gastric Cancer With Small Cell Anemia Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Qi And Blood

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Weiji Fang on the treatment of deficiency of qi and blood in gastric cancer patients with mild to moderate microcellular anemia.Methods: A total of 52 patients with gastric cancer small cell anemia who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study and randomly divided into 2 groups,and each group has 26 patients.The observation group was treated with Weiji Fang,while the control group was orally treated with ferrous sulfate tablets.The changes of Hb,RBC,MCV,RET%,TCM syndrome score and KPS score in the two groups were observed and analyzed.The observation period was 4 weeks.Results:1.After treatment,the scores of TCM clinical symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(p < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).The total effective rate was 92.3% in the observation group and 84.6% in the control group.The improvement of qi-blood Deficiency Syndrome in observation group was better than that in control group.2.After treatment,the Hemoglobin,red blood cell count and Reticulocyte were increased in both groups(p < 0.05),and the increase degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group(p < 0.05).3.After treatment,the Mean corpuscular volume increased in both groups(p < 0.05),and the Mean corpuscular volume increased in both groups(p > 0.05),there was no significant difference.Conclusion: Weiji Fang can improve anemia related indexes and anemia symptoms of gastric cancer patients with small cell anemia,and its curative effect is superior to ferrous sulfate tablets.At the same time,there are fewer adverse reactions and less stimulation to the digestive tract of patients,thus improving the quality of life of patients.
