| Objective: The incidence of cancer increased year by year, has become a serious hazard to human health diseases. Anemia is a common complication of cancer, not only the quality of life of patients and the clinical treatment of cancer. Spleen and kidney deficiency is an important pathogenesis. In this study,'Jian pi yi shen and bu qi sheng xue'is one of the most important principle of treatment, based on it, we choose'Yi xue fang prescription'to study the combined curative effect of Chinese medicines and chemotherapy on cancer-related anemia. Methods: 60 subjects with Cancer-related Anemia were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in the observed group were administered with'Yi xue fang Prescription'and chemotherapy, 30 patients in the control group with chemotherapy. Objective effects and the changes of subjective symptoms were studied during two periods of treatment. Results: After two cycles of treatment, the subjective symptoms,KPS,body weights,immune parameters were all significantly improve in the control one. But there was no difference between two groups on the size of focus, the toxicity occurred rate and toxic degree ware slighter in the observed group than in the control one. Conclusion: Yi xue fang Prescription can effectively raise hemoglobin count,alleviate symptoms of patients suffering from Cancer-related Anemia, and is an effective method for Cancer-related Anemia. |
