Clinical Observation Of Shen Qi Run Chang Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Functional Constipation With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shen Qi Run Chang Decoction in the treatment of chronic FC with deficiency of both Qi and Yin by clinical randomized controlled method,and to further analyze the principle of tutor formula and the characteristics of clinical medication,so as to prepare for its further promotion in clinical practice and animal pharmacological experiments.Methods: From November 2019 to February 2021,76 patients who met the project requirements were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given Shen Qi Run Chang Decoction orally,and the control group was given PEG 4000 powder orally,adhering to continuous medication for 2 weeks.The quantitative evaluation table was completed before treatment and after 2 weeks of continuous medication.The score changes of the two groups after treatment were observed.The clinical efficacy and differences of the two groups were evaluated by statistical methods,and the correlation analysis was performed.Results: A total of 71 cases were finally included in the study sample,including37 cases in the observation group and 34 cases in the control group.From the average scores of the two groups,the total score of constipation,the score of main symptoms of constipation,the score of TCM related symptoms,and the score of constipation-related quality of life in the observation group were significantly decreased after standardized treatment,and at the same time,the average scores of these four aspects in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05).From the overall response rate of the two groups,the overall response rate of the observation control group in the evaluation of constipation total scale score was 89.18%,67.65%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).From the correlation analysis,before treatment,the more severe the constipation symptoms of patients with chronic functional constipation,the lower their constipation-related quality of life and satisfaction,and the worse the actual efficacy after treatment,especially the correlation between the control group and the observation group.Conclusion: Both Shen Qi Run Chang Decoction and PEG 4000 powder can improve the symptoms of patients with chronic functional constipation of deficiency of both Qi and Yin and improve the quality of life related to constipation,but for patients with more severe constipation symptoms,the efficacy is also worse.In improving the symptoms of chronic constipation and constipation-related quality of life,the efficacy of Shen Qi Run Chang Decoction was significantly higher than that of PEG 4000 powder,especially in patients with more severe constipation symptoms.Shen Qi Run Chang Decoction in the treatment of chronic functional constipation of deficiency of both Qi and Yin has a significant clinical effect,no obvious adverse reactions were found,with good safety,suitable for further clinical research and promotion...
