| Objective:To observe the efficacy,effect and safety of Chaiping Zengmin Decoction on islet beta cell function in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with dampness stagnation syndrome.Methods: From November 2018 to November 2019,84 patients with type 2diabetes mellitus who met the requirements in the inpatient and outpatient departments of Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and were diagnosed as dampness stagnation syndrome by TCM were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given metformin hydrochloride tablets for basic treatment of diabetes mellitus,and the treatment group was given Chaiping Zengmin Decoction for metformin hydrochloride tablets.The basic treatment of diabetes mellitus lasted for 8 weeks.The changes of TCM syndromes,islet beta cell function,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,blood lipids and other indicators in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data to explore the clinical efficacy of Chaiping Zengmin Decoction in the treatment of type 2diabetes with dampness stagnation and reciprocal syndrome and its effect on islet beta cell function.The effect of energy.Result:1.Improvement of islet beta cell function: C-P and 2h C-P in the two groups after treatment were higher than before,P < 0.05,with statistical difference;compared with the control group,2h C-P in the treatment group increased more,P < 0.05,with statistical difference.2.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the control group was90.2%,and that of the treatment group was 100%,P < 0.05,with statistical difference.Chaiping Zengmin Decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of type 2 diabetic patients with dampness stagnation and mutual junction.3.Comparison of lipid-lowering effect: TC,TG,LDL-C of the two groups were all lower than before,and HDL-C was higher than before,and P < 0.05,with statistical difference;compared with the control group,TG and HDL-C in the treatment group were decreased more,P < 0.05,with statistical difference.4.Comparison of blood glucose improvement: FPG,2h PG and Hb A1 C in the two groups after treatment were all decreased compared with those before treatment,P < 0.05,with statistical difference;compared with the control group,FPG and 2h PG in the treatment group decreased more,P < 0.05,with statistical difference.5.Safety: After the end of the observation,the safety indicators of the two groups of patients showed no significant abnormal changes compared with those before the observation.Conclusion: Compared with metformin hydrochloride alone,Chaiping Zengmin Decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride has prominent therapeutic advantages: 1)can effectively improve the reactivity of pancreatic islet beta cells in type 2 diabetes,effectively reduce triglycerides,and actively control blood glucose;2)can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of type2 diabetes with dampness stagnation and mutual junction;3)Chaiping Zengmin Decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride No significant adverse effects were observed. |
