The Effect Of Feifukang Recipe On The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer After Chemotherapy

Objective: Through clinical observation of the efficacy of Feifukang Recipe in patients with non-small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy,patients with syndrome of deficiency of both lung and spleen? internal binding of pathogen and poison,analyze the improvement of Feifukang Recipe in the quality of life of the patients,and explore Feifukang Effect of prescription on patients with non-small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy.Methods: Sixty patients with syndrome of deficiency of both lung and spleen ? internal binding of pathogen and poison after chemotherapy of non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was given Feifukang prescription,and the control group was given compound Banmao capsules.After 3 weeks of treatment,observe the TCM syndromes,comprehensive curative effect and quality of life score of the two groups before and after treatment,and evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:1.TCM symptom scores: The comparison of TCM symptom scores between the two groups of patients before and after treatment has improved(P <0.05).After treatment,the comparison between the two groups of Feifukang group is more obvious than that of compound Banmao group(p <0.05).2.The comparison of the quality of life between the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the overall score of WHOQOL-BREF is improved compared with the previous one.Among the comparative studies of each dimension: physiological dimension,social relationship dimension,psychological dimension have improved(P <0.05),environmental dimension has improved Not obvious(p> 0.05).Compared with the two groups after treatment,the physiological dimension,social relationship dimension and psychological dimension of Feifukang group were more improved than that of compound Banmao group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Feifukang prescription can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in non-small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy patients who with syndrome of deficiency of both lung and spleen ? internal binding of pathogen and poison.and improve QOL of patients.
