Regulation Of Tumor Cytokine And Influence The Expression Of Survivin On WengzhongXiaotan Recipe

Objective: To explore the mechanism of WenZhongXiaoTan Recipe by way of observing its effect of related S180 bearing tumor mice which be interfered in cold pathogenic factor(0-4℃cold distilled water). Methods: Experimental animal had been randomly divided by control group,model group, cold model group,WenZhongXiaoTan Recipe group, XiaoTanSanJie Recipe group,FT-207 group;all of them are bearing tumor mice beside control group; its have been fed 0-4℃cold distilled wate(r0.4ml/20g,d-1,×3w) before inoculated tumor,exclude from control group,model group;we inoculated neoplastic cell be diluted 2×107/ml by normal saline(NS) in right armpit of mice the second week,after 48h,each experimental group had been administered by intragastric( 0.4ml-1,6 /w,×2w);The experiment was terminated on the 3th week,The mice were sacrificed after blood sampling collection,The tumors were weighted. TXB2 were detected by taking blood,tumor tissue were detected pathologic histology,IL-8 was detected by ELISA,TNF-α,VEGF,ICAM-1 and SURVIVIN was stained by immunohistochemistry and detected the expression of those molecules mRNA by RT-PCR. Results: Experimental animal have chilly appearance, rectal temperature to descend, TXB2 to be raised in blood plasma;Inhibitory rate is 63.23%,61.18%,54.71% in WenZhongXiaoTan Recipe group,XiaoTanSanJie Recipe group and FT-207 group,respectively;its may regulate to expression of inflammatory factor,vascular endothelial cell growth factor,adhesion molecule and SURVIVIN which tumor cell apoptosis suppressor gene from proteinum and mRNA level by WenZhongXiaoTan Recipe and XiaoTanSanJie Recipe.Conclusions: It can restrain tumor growth by interfere in cold pathogenic factor of S180 bearing tumor mice with WenZhongXiaoTan Recipe, the mechanism may be regulate tumor cell factor and influence the expression of SURVIVIN which apoptosis suppressor gene.
