Objective: Through clinical randomized controlled study,statistical analysis of modified Shentongzhuyu decoction treatment of lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis Qi stagnation type)of the efficacy,to provide a scientific basis for clinical application.Methods: A total of 72 patients with prolapse of Lumbar disc herniation who met the changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital pain doors inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 patients in each group,The treatment group was given orally add and subtract shentongzhuyu decoction,150 ml warm water every time,one time in the morning and one time in the evening,one time after meals,and the control group was given orally Yaobitong capsule,take 3 tablets 3 times a day.The patients in two groups were treated by oral administration for 2 weeks for 1 course and treatment continuously for 2 courses.Through the comparison of JOA score and Vas Score,the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the standard of TCM diagnosis and treatment,and the statistical analysis was made on the therapeutic effect input statistical software.Results: There were 60 cases in actual statistics.The scores before and after treatment were statistically calculated.The results showed that both groups could reduce VAS scores and relieve pain,and there was no significant difference(p > 0.05).Both groups could improve JOA scores,and there was no significant difference(p > 0.05),In the treatment group,the effect was faster,the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 86.66% in the control group,and there was no significant difference.Conclusion: add and subtract Shentongzhuyu decoction and Yaobitong capsule have good effect in the treatment of Lumbar disc herniation,can alleviate pain and improve symptoms,but in the improvement of symptoms,Jiajian Shentongzhuyu decoction faster,and the effective rate is slightly higher.It has been proved by clinical practice that Jiajian Shentongzhuyu decoction is effective in treating Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with blood stasis and Qi stagnation type.
