Clinical Study On Treating The Residual Symptoms After Lumbar Disc Herniation Discectomy With Micro-powder Of Shentongzhuyu Decoction

Object:This trial was designed to explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation of Micro-powder of Shentongzhuyu Decoction treatment the tresidual symptoms of lumbar disc herniation after discectomy.And to explore the mechanism and methods of Chinese herbs in treating residual symptoms early rehabilitation after lumbar intervertebral disc Herniation discectomyMethods:To 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation after discectomy patients have residual symptoms form the basis of random number randomly assigned to treatment group and control group. Except the conventional treatment, the treatment groups were given the Micro-powder of Shentongzhuyu Decoction treatmen 1 month, and the controlled groups were given the conventional treatmen And were observed before treatment (3 days after surgery), treatment 1 month,3 month after surgery (follow-up) symptoms and signs of the two groups and the total score points of comparison and analysis, evaluation, and observation of adverse response.Result:After one month treatment and three month after surgery the two groups total score points with the symptoms and signs were significantly decreased, inter-group (inside) were statistic significant compared (P<0.05); two groups have statistically significant effects, Chinese medicine intervention group were superior to conventional therapy group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro-powder of Shentongzhuyu Decoction can effectively improve treatment residual symptoms of lumbar disc herniation after discectomy, and promot the early rehabilitation of lumbar disc herniation after discectomy residual symptoms.Two groups of adverse reactions were not found.
