The Clinical Observation Of Bushen Huoxue Decoction On KOA, LDH, OP (Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis) Based On The Theory Of "different Diseases With The Same Treatment"

Objective: Based on the theory of the same treatment of different diseases,using the Bushen Huoxue Decoction to treat knee osteoarthritis,lumbar disc herniation,osteoporosis and other diseases,observing the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of chronic muscle and bone diseases,to provide some reference about the initial construction of prevention and the treatment of chronic muscle and bone diseases.Methods: 30 cases of knee osteoarthritis,lumbar disc herniation and osteoporosis(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type)were selected in the Department of Orthopedics,the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.According to the random number table method,the therapy group and the control group were divided into 15 cases.The therapy group was given bushen huoxue decoction and the control group was given oral Erixib capsules(1 capsule at a time,2 times a day).Before treatment and after two weeks of treatment,the efficacy indexes(VAS pain score,WOMAC quantitative score table,lumbar JOA score table,BMD)were observed,and data statistics and processing were performed.Results: Through statistical analysis and compared with the western medicine Inrecoxib,the Bushen Huoxue Decoction decreased VAS score,WOMAC score,and JOA score,the P value in the t test group was <0.05,which was statistically significant.The values are all> 0.05,which is incomparable.,In the osteoporosis group,the P value of the BMD before and after treatment in the therapy group was 0.006 <0.05,which was statistically significant.In the three groups of diseases,the P value of the inflammatory factor IL-6 group in the treatment group and the control group were all less than 0.05,which was statistically significant.It is uncomparable when the P value >0.05,meanwhile,the P value of the TCM syndrome score in the experimental group and the control group were all <0.05,and the P value of the comparison between the groups was <0.05.Conclusion: It can be concluded that Bushen Huoxue Decoction and Erixib both inhibited inflammatory factors and relieved pain,and Bushen Huoxue Decoction can supply the liver and kidney,strengthen the muscles and bones and reduce the symptoms of osteoporosis partly and can effectively relieve chronic bone and bone disease(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type)Relevant clinical symptoms are superior to the western medicine Erixibu.In conclusion,Based on the theory of the same treatment of different diseases,Bushen Huoxue Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic bone and bone diseases such as knee osteoarthritis,lumbar disc herniation,osteoporosis,it is worthy of further clinical research and application.
