Based On The Theory Of "different Diseases With The Same Treatment", Literature Research And Meta Analysis Of Bushen Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of KOA, LDH, OP

Objective:This study is based on the theory of "treating different diseases with the same treatment" in traditional Chinese medicine,using systematic evaluation and meta Through the comprehensive and systematic search and sorting out the clinical randomized controlled trials of Kidney nourishing and blood activating Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,lumbar disc herniation and osteoporosis,summarize the existing clinical research evidence,evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Kidney nourishing and blood activating Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,lumbar disc herniation and osteoporosis,and provide evidence-based medicine for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine According to this,it can provide reference for clinical selection of drugs and enrich the theory of "treating different diseases to gether".Method:Through electronic retrieval of literature,retrieval was carried out in VIP,CNKI,WF,PubMed,MEDLINE and other databases,and screening was carried out in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,all of which were from 2009 to 2019.Two researchers independently selected literature,extracted data according to the inclusion criteria,and then used Revman 5.3 software for data analysis.Results:In this study,a total of 1259 related literatures were retrieved,and 41 were finally included,including 15 knee osteoarthritis(KOA),1351 patients,including 684 in the experimental group and 667 in the control group;16 osteo porosis(OP),including 2014 patients,including 1009 in the experimental group and 1005 in the control group;lumbar disc herniation,A total of 864 patients,426 in the experimental group and 438 in the control group,were included in 10 articles of LDH.Meta analysis showed that Kidney nourishing and blood activating decoction was better than western medicine alone in treating KOA(or=4.70,95%CI:2.95?7.47,P<0.0001);in terms of WOMAC score,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine was better than western medicine alone(MD=-11.25,95%CI:-17.49?-5.00,P=0.0004);VAS score(MD=-1.15,95%CI:-1.70?1.60,P<0.0001),suggesting that Kidney nourishing and blood activating decoction has more advantages in treating KOA.Kidney nourishing and blood activating decoction has significant effect on op(or=4.0543,95%CI:2.8074?5.8550,P<0.0001);it also has excellent performance in delaying lumbar bone loss and increasing lumbar bone density(MD=0.07,95%CI:0.05?0.10,P<0.00001).Kidney nourishing and blood activating decoction is also effective in the treatm ent of LDH(or=3.66,95%CI:2.27?5.91,P<0.0001);it can also improve the VAS score(MD=-1.50,95%CI:-2.20?0.81,P<0.0001),the incidenc e of adverse reactions is significantly lower than that of the control group,ind icating that Kidney nourishing and blood activating decoction has a significant advantage of good efficacy and high safety in the treatment of LDH.Conclusion:Kidney nourishing and blood activating decoction has a good effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,lumbar disc herniation and osteoporosis.The overall effective rate is higher than that of Western medicine alone.Meta analysis statistics show that there is obvious effect in improving VAS score index and WOMAC score index,suggesting that Kidney nourishing and blood activating decoction has potential effect in relieving pain,and the adverse reaction rate of Kidney nourishing and blood activating decoction is significantly 1 ower than that of conventional western medicine,so it is safer to use medicine From the perspective of evidence-based medicine,it provides evidence support for the treatment of KOA,OP and LDH by Kidney nourishing and blood activating Decoction,embodies the core idea of "treating diseases must be based on",enriches the theory of "treating different diseases together",and provides basis for clinical application.
