With the advent of big data and the Internet of Things Era,data generation will increase at an exponential rate,and the amount of data generated by machines will be several times that of manual records,and eventually replace manual records.After years of construction and development,China's medical informatization has accumulated a lot of valuable data resources.Some large-scale Grade ? Level A hospitals rich in resources are gaining huge and unknown wealth,while county-level hospitals still have problems with such as technical strength,capital investment,and policy support.It is difficult to make secondary use of the medical data generated and recorded,and an integration has various difficulties.The use of county-level hospital data is still at a relatively primitive level,and they are using manual statistics,manual queries.In the future,massive medical data cannot be used in this way and the traditional operational database to complete the corresponding extraction and analysis display work.Effective summary integration of medical data is needed to build a data warehouse for statistical analysis and data mining,etc.,and then form a clinical data center for hospitals.The Clinical Data Repository(CDR)is an indispensable part of the hospital information system with electronic medical records as the core.It provides the most basic data support for the management tools such as precision medicine,refined management,closed-loop management,and quality control that a good hospital needs most to strengthen its competitiveness in the future.So we should build and accumulate our knowledge base as soon as possible to enrich our data and prepare for the next era of artificial intelligence.There are many ways to establish a clinical data center.The best way to do this is to integrate all clinical information.This integration technology was not mature 10 years ago.A company didn't have enough energy to be big and complete,but now this trend is becoming more and more obvious.The next 10 years will be a booming period of information integration.However,at this stage,people and property ought to be considered comprehensively.Thus,this thesis uses a centralized data warehouse for theestablishment of a county-level hospital clinical data center.This method is most practical and is the easiest to implement.This thesis establishes a data warehouse for hypertension management based on one of the problems in clinical work,which is convenient for clinical analysis.Specifically,the main work of this thesis includes the following aspects:(1)To analyze the current establishing ways of clinical data centers and determine the appropriate data warehouse establishment method.(2)To build the development environment:the database MySQL 5.5,database front-end tools MySQL Workbench CE 6.3,Navicat 11,HeidiSQL 9.5.0,and Windows10 64-bit operating system.(3)To establish a data warehouse with hypertension management as an example according to model planning(4)To establish a common dimension table of the clinical data center to support multiple standards,such as age,time,gender,etc.The common dimension tables are common and can be used by each data warehouse.(5)Borrowing the population code standard specification solves the missing values and the newly defined code conversion problems in the business database for the idea of missing values and undefined encoding processing.(6)Scalable design of business data and data warehouse conversion mapping rules.(7)To independently build the MySQL custom exception handling mechanism.This paper also provides a way for hospitals that do not have an integrated platform to build a clinical data center.It does not mean that only an integrated platform can be established to establish CDR.Based on practical applications,all kinds of data warehouses will be established.They might not be blindly large and complete and thus construction funds can be saved extremely.
