Applications Of Data Warehouse And Online Analysis In Hospital Data For Decision Analysis

Many hospitals pay great attention to the information construction of medical service.A large number of applications of medical information system improve the process of diagnosis and treatment and the transparency of medical service,and the quality of medical treatment has also been greatly improved.However,there are a large number of underutilized data in the hospital management information system,and the structure and source of the system data are mottled,which leads to the increase of the business volume of the hospital management information system and the low utilization rate of the data.In addition,there is still a correlation between a large number of historical data of hospital management information system and existing data,but its value is ignored and wasted because of the limitation of system function.Therefore,the integration and transformation of historical medical data in hospital management system,the mufti-dimensional analysis of medical business and the provision of valuable decision support information for managers have become the problems that medical institutions began to pay attention to.This paper studies the problems existing in the data use of the current hospital management information system,through field investigation,understands the specific business requirements of hospital managers,clarifies the design of data warehouse model and the solution of data analysis by using data warehouse technology and online analysis technology,and determines the subject of data warehouse,designs and builds the logical model of data warehouse.The data of hospital management information system is extracted,verified,converted and reloaded by using data warehouse data cleaning tool.According to the subject of data warehouse,some hospital services concerned by hospital managers are analyzed by using online analysis technology,and the results of data analysis are displayed graphically with SQL Server Analysis Services tool,and some decision support suggestions are put forward to provide data support for managers' scientific decision.The data warehouse designed in this paper based on OLAP technology performed well during the running period.The data accumulated in HIS for many years was cleaned up again,and the business needs in hospital business were clearly displayed to hospital managers in a graphic way.It is very convenient for users to sort out the complex data of HIS and find valuable information from it.It also provides a scientific and reliable data support for the decision-making of hospital managers and has good practical value.
