Medicine safety is a major issue related to the safety of the people and the social and economic development. With the practice of the newly Chinese version of the "GMP", "Chinese Pharmacopoeia", "National Drug Safety and the Twelfth Planning policy implementation”, our country has put forward higher requirement of medicine quality management. At the same time our country has also stressed the importance of risk anticipation and assesses the importance in the process of the pharmaceutical production.In the process of production of the pharmaceutical producing enterpri ses, there will be a large number of production data and the error data, which is of great significance to study the functions of the medicines, including product names, product batch numbers, product specification and deviation of description and other important information of the medicines. Quality Assurance Department will depend on the related data and numbers to research the relations with each other to get the data pattern. Then they will summarize the data within the factors, and evaluate the production situation of retrospective analysis according to the demand of decision makers so that they can make the right decisions. They also need to make the workshop deviation retrospective analysis, the production situation and the deviation of risk occurrence of pre judgment and evaluation in order to provide data support for the correct decision for the decision maker. At the same time, quality assurance staff need to deal with the experimental data generated drug test in the laboratory, including data and pH data. These data will be divided into sections according to certain method for collection of regional data, frequent data, and accurate analysis of the situation of production, which gives the support to the precise analysis of production. This article is based on the summarizing and experimental data from the Quality Assurance Department in the process of production. Data warehouse and data mining technology is introduced into the drug risk analysis and assessment work. In order to meet the demands of the customers, production data of graphical summary is combined with the technology of OLAP data warehouse to analyze the mechanism of interactions between deviation information and production data analysis. The scientific classification of the experimental data is analyzed by clustering technology of data mining, and is compared with the current gradient method. The results are effectively, finding the content data and pH drug testing in the value data collection area, meanwhile, the reasons for generating parameters change is fully understood.The function module is in terms of the quality assurance department and needs analysis results in recent years with the workshop production information, laboratory medicine laboratory, and summed up the law. The decision-makers can analyze the risk and assessment report to ask for a specific situation information collection, and guide the production workshop operation on time. The system effectively solves the problem of large amount of statistical data and long time feedback etc. The system can also provide the analysis basis to improve the efficiency of workshop, reformation and risk treatment, which provides good data support for decision makers in accuracy, so Quality Assurance Department is of great significance in the work of risk management department.
