Objective:Under the guidance of basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,taking periodicals and literatures related to hypertensive phlegm and dampness syndrome as research objects,based on database and data mining technology,frequency analysis and association rule algorithm are used to mine prescription medication rules to find hypertension The law of compatibility of phlegm-dampness syndromes can provide ideas for clinical prescriptionsMethods:(1)Collect information.Collect keywords with "hypertension","vertigo" or"headache" and include "phlegm dampness","phlegm dampness" etc.,collect sputum from 1979.1-2019.1 to treat essential hypertension Wet dampness certificate has 62 prescriptions for all publicly published related documents.(2)Analysis of the prescription rules of medication.Establish a phlegm-hypertension type hypertension prescription and drug database.With the help of frequency statistics,prescription rules,and new prescription analysis interfaces in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary software,summarize the four flavors and five flavors of the drugs and the frequency of the meridian,and analyze the relationship between the drugs.The commonly used core combinations and new prescriptions were obtained to facilitate clinical medication.Results:(1)Established a prescription drug database for hypertensive phlegm dampness syndrome(2)Analyze the commonly used prescriptions and drugs for hypertension with phlegm-dampness type by using the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Auxiliary Platform",and explore the treatment method for the syndrome of phlegm-dampness type with hypertension is to nourish spleen and dry phlegmConclusions:In this study,a prescription drug information database for phlegm-dampness syndrome of hypertension was established,and the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system was used to analyze the characteristics of prescriptions for phlegm-dampness syndrome of hypertension.,Has guiding significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
