Based On Data Mining, To Explore The Medication Rule Of Professor Zhang Xiaodong In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Metrorrhagia

Purpose:To preliminarily discuss the medication rule of Professor Zhang Xiaodong in the treatment of metrorrhagia due to kidney deficiency syndrome through the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5)",and to provide reference for clinical treatment of metrorrhagia due to kidney deficiency syndrome?Method:From October 2016 to April 2019,40 patients with kidney-deficiency metrorrhagia and metrorrhagia were selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria from the outpatient department of Gynecology of Professor Zhang Xiaodong,who visited the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The Chinese medicines used in the bleeding and hemostasis stages were entered into the "Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5)" system,and the data were used frequently.Analysis and analysis of the law of drug use?Results:In this study,the prescriptions used in 40 medical cases in the bleeding period included 59 Chinese herbal medicines and 18 medicines with frequencies more than 10 times,including Astragalus membranaceus,Panax notoginseng,red ginseng,hairy crane grass,cuttlefish,lotus root,rubescens,Eucommia ulmoides,intermittent,elm,thistle,purslane,cortex rehmanniae,gum,lotus root node,Cornus root,Guanzhong and psoralea.The four Qi drugs are mainly warm and cold drugs,the five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and astringent,and the meridians of drugs are liver,kidney,spleen and lung.There are 18 pairs of commonly used core drug combinations.Eight pairs of core combinations that can be clustered into new drug pairs are obtained.On this basis,an unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method is further carried out to mine four new candidate prescriptions.The prescriptions used in hemostasis period involve 56 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,22 flavors of which are dodder,Paeonia lactiflora,Rhizoma atractylodis,Angelica sinensis,gallinaceae,yam,tangerine peel,Salvia miltiorrhiza,astragalus,Radix astragali,Radix glycyrrhizae,mulberry parasitic,cornel,purple quartz,Radix mori,dendrobii,rubiae,intermittent,epimedium,Rhizoma lotus root knot and Eucommia ulmoides with frequency of more than 10 times.Flat medicine is the main,five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,drugs are mainly liver,spleen and kidney,15 pairs of commonly used core drug combinations.Fourteen pairs of core combinations can be clustered into new drug pairs.On this basis,an unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method is used to mine seven new candidate prescriptionsConclusion:Through the statistical analysis of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5)" software,the medication rule of Professor Zhang Xiaodong in treating metrorrhagia due to kidney deficiency syndrome is summarized.Professor Zhang flexibly uses the three methods of "plugging flow,clarifying source and rehabilitating".Hemostasis during bleeding period is the first priority.The four Qi of drugs are mostly warm and cold.Cold and warm drugs in prescriptions are parallel and mutually complementary,so that the overall prescription tends to be peaceful.The main flavor of drugs is sweet,bitter and astringent,and the tonic and moderate benefits are combined with scattered receipts.For the treatment of syndrome differentiation and differentiation of symptoms.In hemostasis period,we advocate the use of mild and calm drugs.The main flavors of drugs are sweet,bitter and bitter.They are combined with tonifying and tonifying kidney to regulate menstruation,so as to restore normal menstrual cycle?...
