| Purpose:In this study,we compared the therapeutic effects of light and shallow needling combined with Decoction and traditional acupuncture combined with Decoction and traditional Chinese medicine on patients with peripheral facial paralysis, encephalopathy Department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,in order to provide a basis for clinical treatment of patients with peripheral facial paralysis of wind and cold attacking collaterals.Material and method: This study selected 60 patients from January 2018 to October2018 in the Encephalopathy Department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They all met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of peripheral facial paralysis with wind and cold attacking collaterals. They were randomly divided into experimental group(light and shallow acupuncture combined with Decoction group)and control group(ordinary acupuncture combined with Decoction group)according to the time sequence of patients’ visits.Medicine group)Both groups were treated with acupuncture at affected side Fengchi,Yifeng,Zanzhu,Yangbai,Qiaoqiao,Qianzheng,Taiyang,Xiaguan,Dicang,Shuigou,Chengshu,Jianbiao Hegu and bilateral Taichong points, combined with oral decoction. The experimental group was treated with light and shallow acupuncture, while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture. The treatment cycle of the two groups is the same, one week is a course of treatment,a total of four courses of treatment. The treatment frequency is the same, once a day. Before treatment, the general data(such as age and sex)of the two groups were compared. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable. At the same time, the H-B scores of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Before and after treatment, the H-B scores of all patients were recorded.By comparing the H-B scores before and after treatment, the total effective rate, the difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups and between the two groups was analyzed.Results:1.Compared with the control group, the two groups were evaluated after the completion of treatment. The data showed that both groups had therapeutic effect on peripheral facial paralysis with wind-cold attack collateral type,P value was less than 0.05.2.In the comparison between the experimental group and the control group, through the statistical analysis of the total effective rate and H-B score,we can see that the treatment effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,P < 0.05.Conclusion:1.General acupuncture combined with decoction, light and shallow acupuncture combined with decoction have clinical effects on the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis patients with wind-cold attack collaterals.2.The clinical effect of light and shallow acupuncture combined with Decoction on treating peripheral facial paralysis patients with wind-cold attack collateral type is better than that of ordinary acupuncture combined with decoction. |
